The Plymouth & Elkhart Lake Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing is a fun day to have fun with your work associates, network with other businesses and support the chamber. This luncheon is a great way for you to meet other Plymouth Chamber Members, enjoy great food, and get an update on the events going on at the Plymouth Chamber, Plymouth School District and the City of Plymouth. The job fair will be held on Thursday, October 20, at Amore Banquet Hall in Plymouth from 2-6pm. The job fair will be limited to businesses that are Plymouth Chamber Members, and space will be limited! Employers are to be present the entire time and may not pack up and leave prior to 6:00 pm close! Cost to be in the job fair is $25. Sign up today to secure your spot! Central Bark Doggy Day Care Ribbon Cutting A ribbon cutting was held for Central Bark Doggy Day Care on Monday, September 26, 2016. Cutting the ribbon was Janeen Cain, new owner of Central Bark. Central Bark is located at 3513 S. 32nd Street in Sheboygan. Congratulations Janeen! THE CHAMBER LINK PAGE 4 Plymouth Christmas Parade This year’s Christmas Parade will be held on Friday, November 25th at 7:00 PM. This night time, lighted parade goes through the length of downtown Plymouth, and easily draws 1,000 spectators! Consider participating in this years parade with your business or group! Forms can be found in the back of this newsletter, or on our website at www.plymouthwisconsin.com. Parade Grand Marshal Nominees Needed! Every year, the Plymouth Chamber chooses a Grand Marshal for the Christmas Parade. Past Grand Marshals include K9 Officer Zoey, Retired Plymouth Fire Chief Ron Nicolaus, Linda Wieck of Camo Quilt Project and Donna Counselman, Retired teacher from Riverview Middle School. We would like YOUR suggestion on who YOU think we should make the 2016 Christmas Parade Grand Marshal! Email your choice to our office at [email protected]. Plymouth Chamber Dollars Even though it’s only October, it’s not to early to start thinking about Christmas Presents! A great gift everyone can use is Plymouth Chamber Dollars. Plymouth Chamber Dollars can be used at many of the great dining facilities, service businesses, and retail stores around the Plymouth area, and are available in $5, $10, $20 and $25 increment. Also, if your business would like to order a large amount of Chamber Dollars ($1,000 or more) we will include your logo on the front of the certificates! For large orders, please plan ahead and let our office know a week or so in advance! Give the gift of supporting local business this year!
