It’s Luncheon Season
With the Political Leadership Series and various Shale Gas
information sessions, we have been busy here at the
Chamber over the past several weeks. Thank you to everyone who has come out to these luncheons! We believe that it
is important for our members to be informed on different issues that are going to affect our economy, so hopefully you
were able to take something away from these events!
The last speaker in our Political Leadership Series is
Premier, David Alward, who will be speaking at the
Rodd Miramichi this Friday, July 4th at 12:00.

NEWEST MEMBERS
Thank you to everyone who made our 5th Annual Golf Tournament a huge success! With over 50 golfers on the course, we had a great day of networking at the
Miramichi Golf & Country Club. At the end of the day, we ended up with a tied
score (some things never change!) between two teams. After the tie breaker, the
trophy went home with the Miramichi Mazda boys for the second year in a row!

Congratulations to Olivia Gregan of JMH & Lydia Stewart of MVHS
who received the Chamber Business Scholarship this year! We received
so many great applications this year that we decided to give 2 awards
away for $1000 each! We wish all the best of luck to these recipients
and all of the other graduates in our community!
