How do I sign up for a 60 Day Challenge?
Use this step-by-step guide to sign up for a 60 Day Challenge at
www.60dayjuiceup.com.
Step 1: Register
Click the Start Now button in the top navigation
Enter your first name, last name and email address in the Create an Account box and click start.
This MUST be a valid email address that you have access to right away.
Please make sure your email address is complete. All of the following should be correct:

Your email address should look similar to this one: [email protected].
The address contains an @ symbol.
The address contains the domain extension (such as .com).
The address does not contain a www.
The address contains a user name before the @ symbol. In the email address,
[email protected], “myusername” is the user name.

Step 2: Confirm Your Registration
When you successfully enter your name and email address, you will see this message.
Go to your email and look for a message like this one:
Click on the link to confirm your registration. This is to ensure no one else signs you up without your
knowledge. You do not have to enter your password at this time.

What if I don’t get this email?
Within a few moments after you register, there should be a message in your email asking you to click a
link to confirm your registration. If you did not receive this message, please follow these steps to find
your registration confirmation email.

Check your spam or junk mail box in your email program.
Verify that you entered the email address correctly. The easiest way to do this is to try to
register again with the same address. You will get an “Invalid email address” error if your email
is already in the system.
Press the Send / Receive button in your email program to make sure you have all your latest
messages.
Contact your Internet Provider or IT department. Sometimes email programs at work or
through local internet services are more aggressive about filtering out suspected ‘junk mail.’
Please ask your IT department or service provider to look for a message from
[email protected] with the subject, “Confirm Your Registration: 60 Day Juice Up.”
After you have tried all these, call Hallelujah Acres Customer Service at 800-915-9355 for
assistance. Please have your email address available when you call.
How do I check for messages in my spam box?
Your Spam Box, also known as Junk E-Mail, is a folder that helps protect you against unwanted
messages. Sometimes, an email program may mistake a Hallelujah Acres message for an unsolicited
commercial email (Spam). These messages are then placed in the Spam folder.
The images below show where this is located in Outlook 2007 and Gmail. It should be in a similar
location for your email program.

Step 3: Change Your Password
The password we sent you was randomly created. You may want to change it to something more
familiar.
Review the password requirements before choosing your new password. These requirements are for
your protection. Because health and weight are sensitive issues for most people, we require stronger
passwords to keep your information confidential.
Enter the current password once and your new password twice. The current password is the one we
sent in your registration confirmation email. The new password is one you make up.
Why do I have to enter it twice? Because the text in password boxes is hidden from view, it’s easy to
make a mistake. Typing the password two times helps ensure the password you intended to have is the
one you actually end up with.
If you get an error message, please read it carefully as this message will tell you what went wrong.

Once your new password has been successfully entered, you will see this message.
Step 4: Choose a Challenge
When you go back to your account by clicking the link highlighted above, you will go to the Just for You
page (your main account page). You will also see the message below. (Motoko is this person’s name.)
Click this link and you will be taken to a list of current 60 Day Challenges. Click on the challenge logo or
name for more information about that challenge.

Each Challenge Information page looks similar to this. Once you decide on the challenge that’s right for
you, click the ‘Sign up now’ button.
You have the option to start the challenge any date after the challenge is first available. Click in the box
with a date and a little calendar will appear. Click on the day you want to start. You will not be able to
select a day prior to today’s date or prior to the day the challenge is first available.

What start date can I choose?
For example purposes: 60 Days to Reclaim Your Health is first available on May 17th, 2010.

If today is May 10th, 2010, then you cannot choose any date prior to May 17th as a start date,
because the challenge is not yet available.
If today is May 20th, 2010, then you can choose any day including today’s date.
If today is May 20th, you cannot choose May 18th, as this date is in the past.

Success! You Are Now Signed Up for a Challenge!
If you choose a challenge that is not yet available or choose a future start date, you will return to the
challenge list and see that you are scheduled to start on the date you have chosen.
If you choose to start today, you will be taken directly to your challenge homepage.
Use the Quick Links and Daily Boost Calendar to access all the content available for your challenge.
Each available day in the Daily Boost Calendar clicks to the Daily Boost video and content for that day.
The current day will be orange on the calendar. Past days will be green and future days will be gray.
You will not be able to click on future days.

The Daily Boost Page
1. Return to the Challenge Homepage. This will take you back to the page with Quick Links and the
Daily Boost Calendar.
2. Today’s Video. There will be a little circle in the center of the video screen that moves around
while the video loads. Please do not attempt to play the video before loading is complete. The
video will start playing on its own.
If you have any difficulties playing the video, please click on the Challenge Help Quick Link from
the Challenge Homepage and review the Video Questions.
3. Ask a Question Related to Today’s Boost. A Hallelujah Acres Representative will email you a
response as quickly as possible. We will do our best to respond within one business day.
4. Products Mentioned Today. Most products mentioned in the video will be listed here for your
convenience. Click on any of these products to quickly find them in the Hallelujah Acres online
store.
5. Thought for Today. This is the same encouraging message you will receive in today’s email.
6. Today’s Recipe. On some challenges, recipes are only available on select days.
7. Daily Boost Calendar. This for easy access to all available days in your challenge.

Getting Help
If you encounter any issues, questions or problems during your experience on the 60 Days website,
please take the following steps.
1. Click on the ‘Help & Support’ button in the top navigation and review the questions there for an
answer.
2. Click on the ‘Challenge Help’ Quick Link on your Challenge Homepage.
3. Check the Challenge Forums. These are other participants, just like you, who may have had
similar issues and posted the answer.
4. Make note of any Error Messages. These will always have a Red Headline followed by a
brief explanation of what went wrong.
5. Follow any on-screen instructions for dealing with the issue.
6. Send a message to Customer Support using a Contact Form on the 60 Days website. Using this
form helps us keep better track of issues so we can continue to improve the experience on this
website.
7. After you have tried all of the above, then contact Hallelujah Acres Customer Support at
