HISTORY
Pos Malaysia Berhad first began offering
international express mail service in 1986 under
the expedited mail services (EMS) banner,
which at the time covered only five international
destinations. With significantly increasing
demand and the growing need for domestic
express and courier services, the company
recognised the opportunity for Pos Malaysia to
introduce Pos Laju in 1988. Now, with almost
30 years in the courier business, it has grown
to become the undisputed leader and preferred
courier and express mail service provider in the
country.

Pos Laju offers a wide range of services to suit
the many different delivery needs of customers.
From standard delivery to time-certain delivery
options, the company services

The Pos Laju Kiosk is an initiative aimed at further
expanding the company’s retail presence in

in Malaysia to operate using the kiosk model
located at LRT stations, and plans are underway

to extend the reach and availability of these
products to Sabah and Sarawak in late 2013.

Even though it is already a household name,
Pos Laju actively engages in various promotional
activities to continuously increase brand

electronic and print media, as well as across
various social media channels. The company
