America’s favorite sideshow couple is coming to town! Captain Stab-Tuggo and his
lovely wife Madame Maybelle are known for performing classic sideshow entertainment with a contemporary twist! The Captain has conditioned his body to do
things that could kill the ordinary person. He is one of only a few dozen sword
swallowers in the world and is the world record holder for the most swords
swallowed at one time, most in one minute, and most weight attached to a sword
while in his stomach! The talented pair have performed at a variety of events and
venue’s all across the world from Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, “America’s Got Talent”,
Six Flags Over Georgia’s Fright Fest, or a myriad of other equally impressive
opportunities.
Thimblerig Circus is made up of the last three surviving members of the famous
Moldavian circus of the same name. Having traveled from Moldavia to The
America, Thimblerig is excited to share with The Americans everything there is to
know about Moldavian tradition, particularly traditions involving juggling,
fire-eating, and putting nails where nails shouldn’t go. They call Atlanta, Georgia
their home-away-from-miserable-home, and can be seen performing all around
in venues great and small!
One of Atlanta’s most unusual belly dancing troupes, Umniyah brings a
one-of-a-kind act that fuses fire, sword, and a few other unexpected surprises. With
over 17 years of combined experience studying the art of belly dance as well as
training in a myriad of other dance forms, Umniyah’s dramatic modern fusion style
combines the glamour of the past with the excitement of the contemporary.

Paul Mercer is a composer and violinist from Atlanta, Georgia. He began studying
the violin at age eight and started writing music almost immediately. At age 17, an
epiphany occurred and music became the focus of his life. Developing his unique
improvisational approach to the violin from street performing and forays into
different genres and styles.
In recent years he has toured and/or recorded with Jill Tracy, Zoe Keating, Brass
Knuckle Surfer and Faith And The Muse at venues all over the world. He is currently
working on a new Changelings album, a new Ghosts Project album, and putting
the final touches on several soundtrack releases.
Flamenco is an improvised art form from Southern Spain, that is characterized by a
rhythm that provides a base for a dancer to embody emotion with fluid hands and
percussive footwork. That sound and motion are tied together by live guitar music,
hand clapping, and cheers of “olé!” Callejero Flamenco creates a scene that draws in
audiences and throws at them a dose of their own passion, thus bringing this
beautiful worldly tradition to Atlanta.

The Imperial Opa’s aerialists will amaze you as they dance in the air using aerial
fabric, trapeze and lyra. The team boasts years of dance experience and training
that can be seen in their control and precision, two skills that are needed to
practice aerial acrobatics. Their combination of athleticism and grace will draw
you in and their death defying drops will leave you speechless.
Our fire group is headed by fiery duo Zac Binx and Charlotte Dillard, they are well
versed in many different fire arts including: fire breathing/eating, fire poi, fire
contact staff/double staves, fire hoop dance, and various martial arts such as rope
dart and nun-chucks. They’ve performed at The Botanical Gardens, for various
festivals in the South-East and have been working toward combing other circus
arts, choreography, dance and custom designed equipment to amaze and delight.

Imperial Opa’s hand-to-hand team is the circus’s featured act, they’ve performed at
The Fox Theater, The Botanical Gardens, The Georgia Aquarium and has performers
from all over the world. Their coach and trainer, Steve Seaberg, has over 25 years
teaching experience in the circus arts also performs with them. Their unique
backgrounds and creativity can be seen in the structure and styling of this stunning
art form that combines hand balancing and acrobatics.
Some say DeeDee is psychic, some say she is extremely intuitive and some say she is
out of this world! DeeDee has over 20 years experience in reading Tarot and has read
for concert patrons, party-goers and was featured in Zac Brown Band music Video.

Bandaloni is an amazing, 100% live musical one-man band show of the highest
professional caliber! Listen to the sounds of the guitar, harmonica, and vocals along
with a kick drum, high-hat, snare drum and tambourine...all performed at the same
time! Bandaloni has entertained audiences throughout Canada and the United
States for over 12 years…and even made a special guest appearance on a live
broadcast of America’s Got Talent!
