Park Rules & Informat ion
We want all of our guests to have a safe, relaxing stay. We need your help.
Please respect other campers and our park facilities. Thank you!
QUIET HOURS:
11pm - 8am. Please keep radios off and talk low.
Children under 18 must be on site after 10pm. NO LOUD NOISE OR MUSIC AT
ANY TIME.
SPEED LIMIT:
5 MILES PER HOUR. Slow down and relax! Please do
NOT drive with passengers on hoods, trunks, tailgate, standing or sitting with
legs dangling in open van/SUV doors. Watch out for children at all times.
CHECK OUT:
Before noon from rental units and before 2pm from RV/
tent sites. All guests must vacate the entire park, pool and all facilities by 2pm
on the day they check out.
NOTE: To stay later (Sunday - Thursday only), sites only, please pay ½ day rate space permitting - in office before noon.
GUESTS:
All campers’ guests must register at the office and pay entry
fees. No vehicle will be permitted into the park without a valid pass which
must be displayed on rear view mirror at all times BEFORE entering, or using,
park. Max 6 day guests per site. Day guests must leave park by 10pm.
BICYCLES:
Permitted only during daylight hours. Children must ride
slowly, stop at crossings and wear helmets under 14 years of age.
ALCOHOL & DRUGS: Moderation and legal behavior are required.
PLEASE DO NOT DRINK & DRIVE!
PROMOTIONAL PHOTOS:
By entering our park, you agree
to appear, without compensation, in images we take and use for advertising.
CARS:
Max 2 cars per site. Please do not park on other sites. All cars must
display valid passes on their rear view mirrors while in the park.
POOL/LAKE PARKING:
Park ONLY in designated parking lots
by Ranger Station or by Pool area. DO NOT PARK on Martinfeld Road.
PETS: 2 dogs or cats, at no charge, per tent or RV site only. We have a lim-
ited number of pet-friendly rental units with a $75 nonrefundable pet fee. All
pets must be on a short leash and supervised at all times. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Pets are not permitted in any buildings,
pool area, playgrounds or sports areas. Aggressive breeds, such as Dobermans,
Rottweiler’s and Pit Bulls not permitted in park. If any questions, please contact Resort Management.
DISHWASHING: Please do this at your site, not in the comfort stations
or laundry areas.
FIREWOOD: Please do not cut any standing trees. Use wood on ground
or purchase in store. NOTE: No firewood may be brought in from out of state or
from more than 50 miles from the park, within New York State.
CAMPFIRES:
Permitted inside rings provided on sites. Do not stack or
move fire rings. Watch your children carefully. All campfires must be put out
by 11:30pm.
NO OUTSIDE GOLF CARTS. NO SKATEBOARDS,
SCOOTERS (of any type), ROLLERBLADES, WHEELIES,
ROLLER SKATES, MOTORCYCLES, MOTORBIKES, FIREWORKS or FIREARMS permitted in park at any time.
PLEASE NOTE: Most people have good sense and respect others. If you
do not, remember that we enforce our rules to protect our guests and our
park. Management reserves the right to evict, at our discretion and without refund, any person whose conduct is objectionable or violates park
rules. Any guest damaging property will be expected to pay for it. The
management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or losses
from any cause.

CABLE TV:
Free on RV sites and in rental units.
FREE WIRELESS INTERNET:
Available in many (not all)
park areas. Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ is not responsible for connection problems, signal loss, internet content or computer problems.
GAME ROOM:
Spring and Fall: Friday 2pm - 10pm, Saturday 9am - 10
pm and Sunday 9am - 2pm. During full season, game room will be open daily
from 9am - 10pm. Token Machine takes $1 - $20 bills.
POOL, SPRAY POOL & SPA:
Summer hours 10am - 8pm,
weather and light permitting. Cut-offs, street clothes and large floats not permitted. Adults must accompany children 14 and under. Spa is for adults only
— ages 21 and up. Pool hours close earlier in late summer.
BOAT RENTAL:
10am - Dusk. $5 per half hour, $10 deposit required.
Maximum 4 persons per paddle or row boat. 2 persons in Kayak or Barracuda.
An adult over age 18 must be in each boat at all times. Life vests are mandatory for anyone using any boat on our lake. They are provided at the time of
boat rental.
RANGER STATION/STORE: Friday and Saturday 9am - 10pm;
Sunday thru Thursday 9am - 7pm.
SPORTS EQUIPMENT:
Tennis, Racquetball, Shuffleboard, Basketballs, Volleyballs, and Horseshoes. Obtain at Ranger Station for a $5 refundable deposit. Tennis balls and racquetballs must be purchased. Return items to
Ranger Station before dark each day.

PROPANE: We fill tanks at 11:30am and 4pm. Prepay at Ranger Station.
Take your receipt and tank to fill station across from Yogi Bear™ Theatre.
LAUNDRY:
Machines are located at Comfort Stations near the Ranger
Station and in the upper tenting area. No clotheslines on sites, please.
GARBAGE AND RECYCLING:
Please bag and place all garbage in large green dumpsters. Recycling bins are located at dumpsters and
bath houses. We do not have on-site pickup. Please remove all trash from
rental units and sites before leaving the park.
TABLES:
One picnic table per site. Be sure to return any tables to original
spot if you move them before you leave the park.
SNACK BAR: Open Memorial Day - Labor Day, weekends Memorial Day
through Full Season Start at end of June. Daily summer Hours 9am - 10pm.
PARK REPAIRS: Please ask at Ranger Station
MESSAGES: Placed on message board in Ranger Station. We deliver
emergency messages only.
EMERGENCIES/PROBLEMS:
Please contact Ranger Station
or a staff member immediately. Call 845-434-4743. If after hours, go to General Managers trailer - gray house - across from lower playground. For emergencies, call 911. For Ellenville Hospital, turn right on Rte. 52 to Ellenville. Turn
left on 209 north, about 2 miles, on right.
