From the Taste for a Cure auction for UCLA’s
Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center, held at
the Beverly Wilshire (where guests sipped vino
from Oakville Winegrowers), to the Seventh
Annual Bogart Wine Aficionado Dinner at
the Walt Disney Concert Hall (where Joachim
Splichal’s dinner helped raise $205,000 for the
Childrens Hosptial L.A.), food lovers did good.
Over at the WB’s Midwest backlot the 20th
Annual Culinary Evening with the California
Winemasters benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis
Foundation raised $1.5 mil, then it was back to
the Bev Wilshire for the The Heart Foundation
at Cedars-Sinai’s Gala honoring Wolfgang Puck
