“What is this?
The Physical Web is an approach to unleash the core superpower of the
web: interaction on demand. People should be able to walk up to any smart
device - a vending machine, a poster, a toy, a bus stop, a rental car - and
not have to download an app first. Everything should be just a tap away.
Why is this important?
The number of smart devices (internet of things - IOT) is going to explode,
and the assumption that each new device will require its own application
just isn't realistic. We need a system that lets anyone interact with any
device at any time. The Physical Web isn't about replacing native apps: it's
about enabling interaction when native apps just aren't practical.”

Consumers increasingly search for information and deals on products or
services while shopping.
This results in poor user experience and links to competing retailers that
encourages showrooming - delaying the sale. MoZONE physical web enables:

Why no APPS ?
Customers are increasingly reluctant to download APPs due to security and privacy concerns.
With thousands of retailers it is likely retailer specific APPs will have limited customer acceptance.
APPS acquire the users details including email, name, access to location history, access to private
files (such as photo’s) at the time of installation. Then increasingly the APP vendors promptly sell the
client information to third parties with no recourse for the client.
MoZONE solution targets a better customer experience acting as a trusted gateway enabling
customer interaction and preserving anonymity. And customers can modify privacy settings on
MoZONE at any time.
