Pinning Messages for Quick Access
**You can pin messages to the top of your email so that you have quick access and a nice reminder of
any follow-ups you need to make or as a reference to emails you need access to later or regularly.**
Thus far this is my FAVORITE FEATURE!
1. Hover over the message that you want to ‘pin’ and you will see multiple icons appear.
One of these is a tiny thumb tack.
2. Left click on this thumb tack
3. The message will then pop up to the top of your email and highlight itself. The thumb
tack will turn red.
4. If you want to remove the email just left click on the RED THUMB TACK and it will disappear
from the top.
