The contents of this catalogue are subject to the terms
and conditions of the Membership Rewards Program
as published to all enrolees. American Express will
endeavour to ensure the availability of all items except
where occasions may arise that will make some items
unavailable. In such cases, American Express reserves
the right (at its sole discretion) to discontinue an item or
to substitute a similar item of equal value.Cardmembers
will be advised of any change in merchandise status
at the time of placing their order. Buyer’s Advantage is
not available on goods redeemed from this program.
These rewards are open only to Australian Dollar
Cardmembers who reside in Australia. Unless otherwise
stated, additional products shown in images of rewards
are for demonstration purposes only, and are not
included as part of the reward.
TRAVELSCENE AMERICAN EXPRESS TRAVEL
VOUCHERS Travel Vouchers must be presented at
the time of payment and be redeemed at least 7 days
prior to payment and/or ticketing date. Travel Vouchers
are not redeemable towards Corporate Travel bookings,
the purchase of Traveller’s Cheques or Foreign Currency.
Travel Vouchers available for redemptions through
to 30 September 2005. Travel must be taken before
31 December 2005.Travelscene American Express Travel
Vouchers cannot be used to make bookings for Virgin
Blue flights. For bookings on Virgin Blue flights, please
redeem for Virgin Blue Vouchers. See page 9 for details.
VIRGIN BLUE VOUCHERS Virgin Blue Vouchers
issued by American Express are not valid for use on
Pacific Blue flights and are valid for six months.Vouchers
are not refundable.
AVIS One-day Avis car rental is a 24-hour period. Up to
seven (7) certificates permitted per rental. Certificate(s)
can be applied to one rental only.Certificate(s) are for use
at Avis corporate and participating licensee locations
in Australia. Avis standard age, credit and driver
requirements apply. Rentals are subject to the terms and
conditions noted on the Rental Agreement, which you
will be required to sign at the time of rental.Certificate(s)
must be used by the date of expiry printed on the issued
certificate(s).Certificate(s) or any unused portion cannot
be redeemed for cash. Certificate(s) are not transferable;
Certificate(s) cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or

Rates include: unlimited kilometres in metropolitan
locations, 200 kilometres in country locations,
100 kilometres in remote locations, Loss Damage Waiver.
Rates exclude: GST,stamp duty,optional insurances,nonwaivable excess of A$2,750, petrol, excess kilometres,
one-way fees, vehicle registration fee and any concession
recovery fees.
TREK Once you redeem your Trek bike you will receive a
certificate. This must be presented to the store for order
of your bike and custom fitting. Call Trek Australia on
(02) 9299 7444 for your nearest store. Sizes 13", 16", 18",
19.5", 21", 22.5", 24" men's frame only. Colour: Rally
Blue/Brushed Aluminium. Your new bike comes with a
lifetime frame warranty and a three-year parts warranty.
PREMIUM WINES DIRECT All wine bottles are 750ml
unless otherwise indicated. Wine vintages are subject to
change without notice. Premium Wines Direct reserves
the right to substitute wines included in packaged offers
for others of equal or greater value.Points/Price includes

MOVIE TICKETS Each ticket is valid for one movie
session per person on any day (with the exception of
Hoyts, Village, Greater Union & Birch Caroll & Coyle
regular cinema tickets, which cannot be used on
Saturdays after 5pm). All tickets are governed by the
terms and conditions listed on the reverse of each ticket
and are valid until and inclusive of the expiry date listed
on the ticket. Ticket expiry dates will be no less than six
months from the date of redemption.
DREAMWORLD One day passes cover park entry for
one adult, child (4-13 years) or pensioner.
ENTERTAINMENT ADVANTAGE Entertainment
Advantage Vouchers may be redeemed for any
entertainment ticket or leisure product available through
Entertainment Advantage at the time of redemption.
Voucher redemptions through Entertainment Advantage
must be made a minimum 21 days in advance of event
date to allow for ticket delivery.Vouchers must be mailed
to Entertainment Advantage once event booking is
made and must be received by Entertainment Advantage
prior to dispatch of tickets. As vouchers are not
replaceable, registered post is recommended. Vouchers
are valid for 3 months from date of redemption. All
regular Entertainment Advantage terms and conditions
will apply to redemption products.
REDBALLOON DAYS All experiences are sold subject to
the RedBalloon Days terms and conditions, published at
www.redballoondays.com.au/how_it_works/terms.cfm
DAVID JONES GIFT CARDS The Gift Card, once
activated,may only be used for purchases in David Jones
stores and will not be replaced if lost, or stolen. The card
cannot be exchanged for cash or used to settle David
Jones Card Accounts. When the card is used for a
purchase, the balance will appear on the receipt. No
change will be given and any balance that remains on the
card can only be used in whole or part against future
purchases in David Jones stores. The card expires
24 months after purchase and any balance that remains
on the card after expiry will not be available for use.
HARVEY NORMAN VOUCHERS Not redeemable
for cash; void if altered or defected. Redeemable for

Points + Pay
If you’ve got your eye on something in particular, but don’t quite have the points required, there’s another
way to redeem: Points + Pay. Simply use some of your points towards your selected reward, then make up
the difference with a payment on your Card. To identify the relevant Points + Pay values for each reward,
look for the ‘Points + Pay’ details next to the standard reward information, as highlighted in blue below.

Back-ordered items may take slightly longer. Delivery will be made
between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If no one is
available, a card will be left for collection from your local post office.
If delivery is to a business address, please include the business name
when redeeming. Rewards cannot be delivered outside Australia.
Certificate and Voucher Rewards
Delivery will be made to your statement address within 7 business days,
unless otherwise stated. If your billing address is a PO Box and you are
redeeming vouchers over $600, please provide a home or work address,
including the business name for courier purposes.
