The Tannbergerhof is a traditional Hotel
in the centre of Lech. The comfortable
rooms and suites are equipped with a
bathroom/WC, telephone, broadband

sauna, steam room, salt-water grotto,

in the Chalet Hilde apartment building.
There is entertainment in the Eisbar
après-ski meeting point with its sun
terrace, in the day bar and the disco.
With the Active inclusive card, you can
travel for free with the local transport
and hiking busses. Equally you can
use an array of leisure facilities and the
forest swimming pool. Tennis courts,
open-air concerts, museums, ...
ARLBERG REGION SKIING AREA:
280 km of ski runs of all degrees of
difficulty, 180 km of deep snow runs,
84 lifts from between1,300 and 2,800
m and the piste leading right to the

2. Wir bitten Sie, die definitive Reservierung spätestens 10 Tage nach Erhalt unseres Angebotes schriftlich, per Post, E-mail oder
Fax zu bestätigen.
3. Wir bitten Sie, uns regelmäßig, spätestens jedoch 30 Tage vor Ankunft, über den Verkaufserfolg zu informieren und uns 3
Wochen vor Ankunft verbindlich die Anzahl der zu erwartenden Personen und benötigten Zimmer mitzuteilen.
4. Wir erwarten die Zimmerliste mit Namen 2 Wochen vor Ankunft der Gruppe.
5.Zahlungskonditionen: Kreditkartengarantie - Bezahlung unter Nennung einer Kreditkarte, auf welche wir über den
Gesamtbetrag der gebuchten Leistungen eine Transaktionsnummer einholen dürfen. Die Zahlung gilt somit als gesichert.
In allen anderen Fällen: 20 % der Reservierung im Voraus, um Ihre Reservierung für uns verbindlich zu fixieren. 30 % der
Reservierung 30 Tage vor Ankunft der Gruppe, bei Reservierung in kürzerem Abstand innerhalb von 5 Tagen ab Reservierung,
jedenfalls aber 8 Tage vor Ankunft der Gruppe. 1 Freiplatz (im Doppelzimmer) pro 20 voll zahlenden Gästen, sofern der
gesamte Rechnungsbetrag vor Ankunft der Gruppe auf unserem Konto eingegangen ist! Für Hauptreisezeiten gelten unter

8. Schadensersatzzahlungen haben innerhalb von 20 Tagen zu erfolgen, nach Ablauf der Frist erhöht sich der geschuldete Betrag
um 2 % Verzugszinsen pro Monat und Euro 20,- Mahngebühren je Mahnung.
9. Erfüllt der Besteller seine Verpflichtungen nicht oder nicht rechtzeitig, so sind wir berechtigt, über die bestellte Leistung anderweitig zu verfügen. Der Besteller wird von seiner Haftung nicht befreit.
10.Erfüllungsort aller unserer Leistungen ist Innsbruck. Für unseren Betrieb haben wir Ihr Einverständnis vorausgesetzt, Ihre
Daten auf unserer EDV zu speichern. DVR: 0864242.

Es gelten die Österreichischen Hotelvertragsbedingungen (ÖHVB) sowie die Internationale Hotelkonvention samt
Gegenseitigkeitsabkommen als auch die Allgemeinen Österreichischen Reisebedingungen des Fachverbandes der Reisebüros
in der jeweils gültigen Fassung. Gerichtsstand ist das sachlich zuständige Gericht in Innsbruck. Es gilt Österreichisches Recht.
12.Preis- und Programmänderungen, Satz- und Druckfehler sowie Irrtümer vorbehalten. Alpin Aktiv Hotels & Resorts haftet nicht
für die Durchführung bzw. das Zustandekommen, soei die Einhaltung von Terminen der angebotenen Veranstaltungen und
zugekauften Drittleistungen.

General Terms and Conditions
These conditions are, unless explicitly arranged otherwise in writing, constituent of all of our offers.
1. All of the given prices are valid for groups (from 20 persons). 1 person free (in a double room) per 20 full-paying guests.
2. Please confirm your definite reservation within at the latest, 10 days of receiving our offer in writing, by post, e-mail or fax.
3. We ask that you inform us of the successful sales at the latest, 30 days before arrival and, at least 3 weeks before arrival, you
must firmly tell us the number of people to expect and the number of required rooms.
4. We expect the room list with names, 2 weeks before the group arrives.
5. Terms of payment: Credit card guarantee – The travel agency / tour operator must guarantee payment with a recognized credit
card, from which we are able to receive, by means of a transaction number, the total payment for the booking made. We will
inform you of the receipt of this number the payment is secured. In other cases: 20 % of the payment in advance in order to
secure your reservation. 30 % of the payment to be made 30 days before the group’s arrival, with reservations made at short
notice, within 5 days of making the reservation but in every instance, 8 days before the group arrives. 1 free place given free
of charge (in a double room) per 20 full paying guests, as long as the total invoiced amount has arrived in our account before
the group arrives! During peak periods, other payment conditions apply in some circumstances!

7. Cancellation time: Cancellation by more than 50 % of the guests: 60 days before arrival. Cancellation by less than 50 % of
the guests: 14 days before arrival. For cancellations made at shorter notice than the above mentioned periods or should you
not arrive, 70 % of the amount due for the cancelled order will be charged. In the case of third-party service bookings made
by us (city tours, tour operators, entrance tickets), the full charge for the ordered service applies.
During peak periods, other payment conditions apply in some circumstances!
In the case of complete cancellation, we reserve the right to bill 200 Euros for administration charges. This amount will be
credited to you for your next reservation.
8. Compensation charges must be paid within the 20 days, after which any outstanding payments will be charged with interest
a rate of 2 % per month and Euro 20.- reminder charge for each reminder sent.
9. If the customer does not comply with the agreements made, or is not punctual in keeping their agreement, we reserve the right
to alter or reallocate the services reserved by the customer. The travel agency / the tour operator however is still held liable.
10.The place of payment for all of our services in Innsbruck. Your approval is assumed for our company to save your details on
our computer system. Data protection registration number 0864242.
11.Our terms of contract are supplemented by the Austrian Hotel terms of contract (ÖHVB) and the International Hotel convention including their reciprocal trade agreement as well as the General terms of contract for Austrian travel agencies and tour
operators and the general travel terms and conditions of contract for the society of travel agents as amended.
12.Subject to price and programme changes as well as type and printing errors. Alpin Aktiv Hotels & Resorts is not responsible
for the execution and/or conclusion of, or for the adherence to dates of events offered and additionally purchased third party
services.
