This program provides hands-on activities
for your child to explore math, science,
art, reading and writing readiness, music,
dramatic play, and large motor activities. We
help them to develop social skills and to learn
through play and exploration.
InclementWeatherPolicy: To ensure the
safety of our class participants & staff, the
Preschool Pals program will be closed if
the Everett School District closes due to
inclement weather. NOTE: If the school
district is delayed, the 9:00 am Preschool
Pals program will be canceled. Contact

Holiday Terrarium Workshop for
Kids NEW
A fun holiday workshop for rock-hounds
and little gardeners! Children will make
their own holiday terrarium with air plants,
fancy rocks, crystals and mini accessories.
Select a glass globe container and a festive
holiday charm to create a one-of-a-kind
terrarium to take home and enjoy or give as
a gift.

Babysitting Safety Class
This six-hour course, taught by Trudy Dana,
a well-known expert in child safety, covers
topics including what parents look for in a
good babysitter, writing a babysitting resume,
activities for children, first aid and fire safety,
and dealing with household emergencies.
The class is based on Trudy’s first book,
“SAFE AND SOUND: A Parents’ Guide to the
Care of Children Home Alone”. A certificate
is awarded upon completion of the class.

Jump Rope for Kids- Spring
Break Camp NEW
Grab your jump rope and get ready for
an exciting camp! Participants will learn a
variety of jump rope skills including single
rope, double dutch, and group routines. This
program is intended for all skill levels, from
beginners to advance. Instructor, Stephanie
Meece has been jumping for over 15 years
and has taught classes all over the world.
She has won ten national titles and has been
trained by the USA Jump Rope Federation.

This fun class focuses on developing
motor skills, coordination, self-esteem, and
improved listening skills through the use
of games and training aids including bag
kicking and Jedi sword sparring. Students

Degree Jedi Grand Master.

Refunds for Registrations
A full refund will be given if parks & recreation cancels
a class/camp due to insufficient enrollment. If a written
notice is received at least 3 business days prior to the
start of the class/camp a refund minus $20 processing
fee will be issued within 15 business days. No refunds
will be given once class/camp begins. Injuries/illness
are handled on a case by case basis and require
