camping sites are available on a first-come, first-served
basis. Bathrooms and showers will be available for use.
No kitchen areas will be open. Sign up in the North Lobby
and reserve your spot today!

• From Broken Arrow: Take Broken Arrow Expressway (state Route 51) East
to Muskogee Turnpike.
Closing Ceremonies at RHEMA Ranch Stage—4:30 p.m.
• Follow Turnpike through toll booth (approximately 15 miles) to exit at U.S.
Route 69 South in Muskogee (another 15 miles).
Load up your family, gather your friends, and come ready
• Follow U.S. Route 69 South through Muskogee. Continue to I-40
(approximately 30 miles from Turnpike).
• Take I-40 West to Pierce Road (Exit 255), and turn left.
• Follow the RHEMA Ranch signs; go approximately 2¼ miles and turn right.
Go one mile—you should see the RHEMA Ranch sign on your left. Continue
driving ½ mile, and turn left onto the property.

for fun! The annual church picnic features hayrides,
inflatable games, live music, and tons of other outdoor
activities. Hot grills will be available for your use, so
bring your food and drinks and anything else you’ll need
for the great outdoors. For those of you not into cooking,
concession food will also be available for purchase.
General Information
Bus Transportation
There are 200 bus spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. Buses
will leave from the RHEMA Library at 9:00 a.m. and will return to campus at
approximately 6:30 p.m. Tickets are on sale for $2 per person ($1 for ages 5 and
under) at the North Lobby Information Booth. Please purchase tickets only if you
definitely plan to ride the bus. Be considerate and don’t let a bus seat go to the
ranch empty!
What to bring:

Hot grills will be provided.
Restrooms are located in most buildings.
Shoes and socks are a must to avoid sand burrs!
Concessions
Don’t miss out on all your favorite foods!
Concessions will be available from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Warning
Avoid poison ivy and poison oak leaves.
If you touch ivy leaves, wash the exposed skin with soap and water within 20
minutes to help prevent possible allergic reaction.

Please stay on the mowed trails and improved property for your own
safety. We have done our best to clear the mowed areas of poison ivy and
poison oak, but when you leave the trails and go into the woods, you are
likely to encounter these plants.

Children MUST be accompanied by parents in the inflatable
games area. Parents are responsible for their own children
at all times. No child is to be left unattended at the games or
anywhere else on the property.
