Nature Day Camp Summer 2015 Venture Out! Nature Day Camp is just around the corner! We have planned a summer filled with fun, adventure, and learning. Seven- to nine-year-olds can explore life on the Homestead Farm while building their own miniature Village in the woods. In Eco Adventures, 10- to 12-year-old campers practice Leave No Trace Principles while learning to work well as a member of a team. Our preschool campers become familiar with different habitats and get comfortable outdoors as they learn through play and exploration. Magical moments happen every day at Nature Day Camp and we hope to share the magic with the children in your life. Please take a moment to thumb through the brochure and see what we have to offer. Check out the“At a Glance” chart on pages 6-7 to help you coordinate schedules. Registration for camp will begin on Wednesday, April 8 at 8am. Registration will be via our online system only. We are able to accommodate children with most health concerns (allergies, asthma, diabetes, etc.) and many other special needs. Our ability to accommodate children depends on their needs, our staff availability, and the program the child is interested in attending. We strive to give each child an excellent outdoor experience, so please contact Jenn Kirts, Day Camp Director, prior to registering to discuss the needs of your child. Being prepared to serve campers who need a little extra attention or assistance allows us to provide an even better experience for your child.
