Geographic Location
• Located on Coakley Cay Island, in the Exuma Cays,
Bahamas
• Coakley Cay Island consists of 340 acres
• Includes 500 meters of a beautiful sandy beach
• The island has an elevation up to 43 feet
• There is some wetland on the island including
lakes and ponds
Coakley Cay island is one of 360
islands in the Exuma Cays.
The Exuma Cays are considered
the most beautiful chain of
islands in the Bahamas.
The Exuma Cays range from 30
miles southeast of Nassau to the
Great Exuma Cay in the south.
The entire island chain is
130 miles long and 27 sq. miles in
area.

diving, and snorkeling
• Snorkelers can find shallow
coastal regions brimming
with life and easy to explore
• Divers can explore the huge
coral reef or Exuma Sound
which is filled with hidden
treasures and shipwrecks.
Serenity Island is only 15 miles west of Georgetown.
Georgetown is the capitol of Great Exuma Island and was
established to honor King George III.

Coakley Cay Boulevard
Our main street on Serenity Island is called Coakley Cay
Boulevard. This street runs through our entire island.
Coakley Cay Boulevard surrounds our central place and
our main wow factor, The Serene Sanctuary.
The Serene Sanctuary
• Our number one wow factor on the
island is our seven floor spa, “The
Serene Sanctuary”.
• Certified by LEEDS as a “Green
Building” and is constructed
completely out of glass.
• The seven floors gives this unique
building a tier cake shape.
• The Serene Sanctuary is very
exclusive, there are a limited
number of services we can offer you
if you are not a member.
• Our first floor is our gym that is open to the
public, no membership required.

The Sandwalk
This wow factor is never seen before! The Coakley
Cay Sandwalk is a promenade made from the
marvelous Caribbean sand. There are restaurants,
bars, nightclubs, and shopping areas that sit directly
off of the sandwalk. It is a great attraction offered to
tourists during the day and all night long!

There are three separate bars, along with stores and shops
on the sandwalk . There is also our signature café, The Tea
Stop. There are seven different high end stores and there
are 17 other shops that are not considered high-end, such
as: souvenir shops, shoes stores, a gourmet chocolate
factory, other clothing shops, hotdog and pizza stands, and
ice cream parlors.

Sporting Activities
There are three separate areas designed for our water sports:
The first spot is designated for
activities such as: water skiing,
jet skiing, parasailing, boating,
windsurfing, wakeboarding,
and tubing.
The third vicinity is an
enclosed area where
guests can swim with
dolphins.
Jet skis, wakeboards,
tubes, and other
equipment can be
rented at the
entrance of the first
two vicinities.
The second area is strictly for
fishing, kayaking, canoeing,
scuba diving, and snorkeling.
