This booklet has been mailed to the PRESIDENT
of the United States and to all Senators and Congressmen in the Congress. It also has been mailed
to all Governors and Legislators in the fifty states
of the Union.
The aim of this mailing is an attempt to DETER
further legislation that would approve LEGALIZED MURDER, making it legal for men to sin
against the Fifth of the Ten Commandments of
God. Legislators, on reading this booklet, will readily realize that man may be Divinely punished as
a result of such sinfulness. It is our hope that this
warning will lead the three Legislatures that have
already passed this law to annul such sinfulness
against the Law of God.

THE REASON FOR THIS BOOKLET
I was born a Roman Catholic. All my ancestors for 1400
years have been Catholics. Not one of my forefathers gave up
his Catholic faith. I believe nothing matters other than saving
my own soul; and nothing is more important than helping
others save their souls.
THIS BOOK AIMS AT SAVING SOULS
The six Popes of the Twentieth Century have called upon the
laity, again and again, to participate in the Royal Priesthood.
Catholic lay people have a right and duty to exercise the apostolate which stems from their very union with Christ the Head.
In writing this story of Fatima, the author has attempted to
do so. We, laity, sons of God, and thereby members of the most
kingly of all royal families, should speak out to denounce worldwide atheism that is bringing darkness over the whole earth.
CHRISTIAN ACTION
Christian Action! "means that I should get out of my comfortable chair and do something . . ."
If the world is a shambles today, we Catholics must bear a
major share of the responsibility, for Our Lady placed that responsibility squarely on our shoulders at Fatima.
Chapter 1
A Layman . . . His Family and Fatima
We did not hear of Fatima until after World War II ended.
The Fatima Apparitions had a great effect on our family. It
changed our whole way of life. Since then we have lived very
close to the Mother Mary. We made a trip to the Fatima holy
land. But let me go back to the beginning.
I have lived in two centuries. I was seven years old at the
start of the fast-moving 20th Century. I was born on the prairies
of Dakota. I saw the first automobile that crossed the Jim River
to enter So. Dakota. It had wheels four feet in diameter and
steel tires. It could move twelves miles per hour.
My ancestors were rural people, going back to St. Patrick in
the 5th Century. We lived in Iowa in sod houses very much as
did our forefathers in Ireland. There has never been a mixed
marriage nor an apostasy in our family history. My mother had
only two terms of six weeks each in any school. We were Irish
pioneers on the prairies of Iowa and Dakota with a noble heritage of loving God and adhering strictly to Catholic Culture and
tradition. My grandfathers sprinkled the new plowed ground
with holy water as their families followed seeding wheat, barley, and oats by hand.
Then came the 20th Century with its modernism, its atheistic
intellectualism, its Godless industrialism, its jazz music, pornographic literature, and many Satanic forms of living. At
mid-century America had become very fat with 60 million automobiles and over 60 million television sets, many other modern
conveniences and bulging "fear boxes" in the basement vaults
of tall buildings downtown. What does all this modernism mean?

THE THREE POPES PIUS SAID OF THIS CENTURY:
Saint Pius X: "We must fear that this wickedness of man is
already the beginning of those evils that are to come toward
the end of the world, and that the son of perdition, of whom the
Apostles speak, is already on earth."
Pope Pius XI: "These are the worst days in the history of
mankind since the deluge . . . The time is ripe for a supernatural
intervention."
Pope Pius XII: "The world is on the verge of frightful abyss;
men must prepare themselves for suffering such as mankind has
never seen."
Modern man is ill, very ill. He is sick from a disordered mind
and a selfish heart. Modern man is afraid. Some of his fear has
progressed to a point of desperation. Modern man has forgotten
that he is superior to a machine, a balance sheet or a bank
account; and because of this forgetfulness he has become an
economic slave. Modern man is much more Pagan than Christian. What difference is there between many Christian business
men and their Pagan competitors? And what difference is there
between some professional men who profess to be Catholic, and
their Pagan associates who boast of their Godlessness? We
live in a secular and pagan world. The modern Christian has
forgotten his destiny. He is a victim of materialism.
Where is this modernism which feeds off war and the preparation for more war leading us? We pray for peace and prepare
for war. Would we want peace, if we knew what Peace with
Charity would do to the American way of life we are so proud
of? In England a very famous editor recently wrote: "Has war
been eliminated leaving Britain to go mad instead?" He implies
that the modern atheistic man of materialism cannot live in
peace. He MUST EITHER BE AT WAR OR "GO MAD!"
Think of it! And this condition exists not only in Britain but
in any society that gives up God for the deification of man.
This "madness" of Britain also exists in the United States, and

in all countries where atheistic science and Godless industrialism
is the force that directs the way of life. Let the modern American materialist face the fact that the present American prosperity, our bulging "fear boxes," our televisions, our flying machines
and our automobiles, were all made possible by 67 years of
constant preparation for war. It has been a prosperous business.
If our prayers for peace should suddenly be answered, our war
industries would be forced to shut down. If Our Blessed Mother
miraculously ushered in the promised Peace it would bring Peace
with charity. With the genuine peace of Christ throughout the
world, war machines would become common blast furnace scrap.
With the going of these demonic implements of war would also
go our modern industrialized cities which grew off the production of war material. Modern man, against his will, would be
forced to return to the land, and to an economy based on peace
with charity. It would be the way of life Christ wished to usher
into the world when He promised "peace on earth to men of
good will."
Until June 28, 1950, I was a modernist, too, going about my
business trying to get rich, in common with most Americans.
Success and the obtaining of money was my aim. My muscles
were continuously strained to the utmost. I never looked up or
down

going toward that vague success, which we Americans love to
glorify. I believed in this great American fallacy. And then for
me it came to a sudden end.
It was then I read the Message of Fatima for the first time.
However, it was printed in the thirties by Catholic newspapers
and magazines.
In the early fifties I heard a great priest tell the meaningful
story of Fatima and heard the gripping message of the Mother
of God, and Her great desire TO SAVE SOULS. Ever since
that day I have not been a materialistic person.
Soon after, I found the passage in Matthew, Chapter 24:16,
in which he advised at the time of the "abomination of desola[7]

tion," that we DROP EVERYTHING AND HEAD FOR THE
HILLS. I decided it was time we assembled our family and go
into hiding before the appearance of the antichrist. I bought land
deep in the Rocky Mountains, a thousand miles from any city,
and built a retreat for thirty people, including a chapel for Mass
and Perpetual Adoration, and a house for religious. Our youngest
son, under this environment, decided he wanted to go all the
way. He joined the Discalced Carmelites, and went away, leaving
our ranch home — to return only after eight years in a seminary
to say his First Mass at home.
Although I thought my decision to go to the mountains was
right, the Blessed Mother thought differently. On August 17,
1959, the Montana Earthquake visited our mountain retreat and
completely destroyed our home. An official United States geologist placed the epicenter of the quake, which was 200 miles in
diameter, in the Culligan front yard. With a bulldozer, we gathered up the debris, and after the first snow, had a giant bonfire.
We returned to our city home. We anxiously awaited the coming
of January 1, 1960, when many Fatima followers expected that
the Fatima Secret would be given to the world. We waited
patiently, but no announcement on the secret was made by the
Vatican. We felt that the people should be given the benefit
of the guidance of the Mother of God. All were most disappointed when no announcement came. I remembered, too, that
after Her appearance at La Salette in 1846, when She left a
secret message and gave word that it could be distributed in
12 years. Likewise, it was not distributed.
But when Pope Paul came into his reign and read the Fatima
Secret, he decided it should be released to the heads of governments to deter the testing and the dropping of atomic bombs
in war, and sent the 1960 Fatima Message on its way. The
message was thereafter published and distributed to the people
of Germany and the people of France. I found it on a newsstand
when I was in Paris in the fall of 1963.
In June, 1967, came the war between the Jews and the

Arabs, with the Jews winning an outright victory. This meant
for me that the Jews were effective in fulfilling the prophesies
millenniums old — that at the end of time, after wandering
for long ages throughout the face of the earth, they would
return to their homeland.
It is my opinion that time is running out, and the shadows
are getting much longer. The people of America and of the
world should be given the complete Secret of Fatima. I decided
there should be no further delay — and that I, a layman, was
free to distribute in America that part of it released to several
governments.
We realize that the purpose of the visit of the Mother of God
to earth was for one reason — TO SAVE SOULS. In printing
these pages, it is my purpose TO SAVE SOULS FROM THE
FIRES OF HELL! How greater contribution can an old man
make in his remaining days THAN TO SAVE SOULS!

Chapter 2
The Fatima Secret
A GERMAN AND A FRENCH NEWSPAPER PUBLISHED
THE 1960 FATIMA SECRET IN CONJUNCTION
WITH EACH OTHER:
THE GERMAN NEWSPAPER, "NEUES EUROPA," PUBLISHED THE FIRST EXTRACT FROM THE MESSAGE
OF FATIMA, AS FOLLOWS:
A WARNING TO THE WORLD
Our readers know that, at the specific request of Lucia, the
young visionary, one part of this secret was not to be revealed
until 1960, and that in 1960, John XXIII, contrary to expectations, THOUGHT IT ADVISABLE NOT TO REVEAL IT TO
THE WORLD. Why? At the moment, at any rate, it was impossible to answer this question. On the 15th of October, however, the newspaper "Neues Europa", of Stuttgart, Germany,
published a survey which we the Le Monde et la Vie of Paris, reproduce hereunder in its entirety. The Paris newspaper reasonably wondered whether the official sources on which German
"Neues Europa" depends to guarantee the authenticity of the
Secret of Fatima are reliable. The answer to this question may
be yes, for the following reasons:
1. "Neues Europa" is a serious-minded newspaper which
values its good reputation and its influence. Its readers
would not have tolerated the director's misleading them
on such a serious matter.

2. Before directly implicating the Vatican Secretariat, had
the director of "Neues Europa" been assured that the
Secretariat would not issue a denial? In any event, NO
SUCH DENIAL HAS BEEN ISSUED.
THE TEXT OF "NEUES EUROPA"
In "Neues Europa" of 1st October, 1963, we had already announced to our readers the publication of the following survey:
Our Louis Emrich has been able to obtain information of the
greatest interest about the third part of the 1960 Message of
Fatima. We are in a position to inform our readers of the contents of the third Message of Fatima in extract form, namely,
in which it was presented to the diplomats of Washington, London and Moscow.
The "Neues Europa" Version: What "Neues Europa" had already foretold in 1956-58, namely that during the years 1963-65,
treaties of world-wide importance would be concluded between
the Anglo-Saxon countries and the Soviet Union. This treaty
has become a reality with the Agreement of 6th August, 1963
at Moscow, to cease all further atomic experiments in the air,
on land, or under water. On that day, more than ninety governments signed the Agreement.
The Message impressed diplomatic circles in Moscow.
What is less known is the fact that the Moscow Agreement was
a happy result not only of world diplomacy, but of Vatican
diplomacy. This was, in fact, the first time in the recent history
of mankind that, when concluding a political agreement of world
importance, essential factors arising from religious matters were
taken into account. Pope Paul VI allowed not only Kennedy,
but also Khrushchev to read certain parts of the Third Message
of Fatima which the Mother of God had revealed on the 13th of
October, 1917, to the little Portuguese visionary, Lucia. This
message is so vital that it deeply impressed the parties concerned
in concluding the Moscow Agreement.
Louis Emrich did all he could to lay hands on the original text
of the Third Message of Fatima but his efforts were in vain. The

Vatican has taken steps to insure that, until further notice the
full document will remain a papal secret.
On the other hand, today we are able to give readers of
"NEUES EUROPA" in all countries the exact words of the
content of the Third Message of Fatima in the form presented
to the diplomatic service in Washington, London and Moscow.
This extract from the Third Message of Fatima was also sent
personally to President Kennedy, Prime Minister MacMillan and
Party Chairman Khrushchev, so as to let them study it in private.
THIS FATIMA TEXT PLAYED AN IMPORTANT PART
IN THE SIGNING OF THE ANGLO-AMERICAN-RUSSIAN
MOSCOW AGREEMENT. The directors of the two blocs of
world policy were overwhelmed by its content, just as Pope
Pius XII, Pope John XXIII and Pope Paul VI had previously
been. According to gossip filtering from diplomatic circles, the
signing of the Agreement PREVENTING ALL FURTHER
ATOMIC BOMB TESTS was to a great extent the result of
the deep impression created by the extract from the Third
Secret Message of Fatima on the diplomatic circles concerned in
Washington, London and Moscow. Although this document is
NOT THE EXACT ORIGINAL TEXT of the Message of
Fatima, as revealed on the 13th of October, 1917, by the Mother
of God to the little visionary, Lucia, it contains the ESSENTIAL
POINTS of the original. It says:

WORDS FROM HEAVEN
"It was the 13th of October, 1917. On that day,
the Holy Virgin appeared for the last time to the
little visionaries Jacinta, Francisco and Lucia at
the end of a series of, in all, six apparitions. After
the manifestation of the miracle of the sun at Fa[14]

tima, the Mother of God revealed a special secret
message to Lucia, in which She particularly stated:
THE BLESSED MOTHER'S EXACT WORDS
"Don't worry, dear child, I am the Mother of
God speaking to you and begging you to PROCLAIM IN MY NAME THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE TO THE ENTIRE WORLD
"In doing this, you will meet with great hostility.
But be steadfast in the faith and you will overcome
this hostility. Listen, and remember well what I say
to you: MEN MUST BECOME BETTER. They
must implore the remission of the sins which they
have committed and will continue to commit. You
ask me for a MIRACULOUS SIGN so that all may
understand the words in which, through you, I
address mankind. This miracle you have just seen
WAS THE GREAT MIRACLE OF THE SUN!
Everyone has seen it — believers, and unbelievers,
country and city dwellers, scholars and journalists,
laymen and priests. And now, in My name, it is
proclaimed:
"A GREAT PUNISHMENT SHALL COME TO
ALL MANKIND, not as yet today, nor even tomorrow, but IN THE SECOND HALF OF THE
TWENTIETH CENTURY. What I have already
made known at La Salette through the children
Melanie and Maximin, I repeat today before you.
Mankind has not developed as God expected. Mankind has been sacrilegious and has trampled underfoot the gifts which were given it.

"There is no order in anything. Even in the
highest positions, it is Satan who governs and decides how affairs are to be conducted. He will even
know how to find his way to the highest positions
in the Church. He will succeed in sowing confusion
in the minds of the great scholars who INVENT
ARMS WITH WHICH HALF MANKIND CAN
BE DESTROYED IN A FEW MINUTES. He will
bring the mighty ones under his thumb and make
them manufacture armament in bulk. If mankind
does not refrain, I SHALL BE FORCED TO LET
FALL MY SON'S ARM. If those at the top in the
world and in the Church do not oppose these acts,
it is I who shall do so, and I shall pray God My
Father to VISIT HIS JUSTICE ON MEN.
"Then it is that God will punish men, more
harshly and more severely THAN HE PUNISHED
THEM BY THE FLOOD, and the great and powerful shall perish thereby as well as the small and
weak.
"There will also come a time of the hardest
trials for the Church. Cardinals will be against
Cardinals, and bishops against bishops. Satan will
put himself in their midst. In Rome, also, there will
be big changes. What is rotten will fall, and what
will fall must not be maintained. The Church will
be darkened and the world plunged into confusion.
"THE BIG, BIG WAR WILL HAPPEN IN THE
SECOND HALF OF THE TWENTIETH CENTURY. Then fire and smoke will fall from the sky
and the waters of the oceans will be turned to

steam — hurling their foam towards the sky; and
all that is standing will be overthrown. Millions and
more millions of men will lose their lives from one
hour to the next; and those who remain living at
that moment will envy those who are dead. There
will be tribulation wherever the eye can see and
misery over all the earth and desolation in all
countries.
"The time is continually approaching, the abyss
is growing wider, and there is no end. The good
will die with the wicked, the big with the small, the
Princes of the Church with their faithful, and the
sovereigns of the world with their subjects. SATAN'S HENCHMEN WILL THEN BE THE
ONLY SOVEREIGNS ON EARTH.
"This will be a time which neither king nor emperor, cardinal nor bishop is expecting, but it will
come, nevertheless, in accordance with My Father's
Plan, to punish and avenge. Later, however, when
those who survive all things are still alive, God and
His glory will once more be invoked and will once
more be served as He was not so long ago, when
the world had not yet been corrupted.
"I call on all true imitators of My Son Jesus
Christ; all true Christians and latter day Apostles.
THE TIME OF TIMES IS COMING AND THE
END OF ALL ENDS, if mankind is not converted
and if this conversion does not come from above,
from the directors of the world and the directors
of the Church. But woe, woe if this conversion does

not come about and if all remains as it is, nay, if
all becomes even worse.
"Go, my child, and proclaim it! I shall remain
always by your side, to help you."
Once more I state that this is not the complete text of the
original Message as the Mother of God revealed it on the 13th
of October, 1917 to the then small visionary, Lucia, now a
Carmelite; but it is an extract from the Third Message of
Fatima as it is being circulated at present in diplomatic circles.
I am assured that the real text of the Message is HARSHER
AND MORE OVERWHELMING than the extract quoted
here. However, there is a possibility of escaping from its conclusions, because IT PLACES THE CONVERSION OF MANKIND BEFORE ITS DOWNFALL. How shall mankind decide? This question remains, before as after, open . . . .

This painting of the Last Judgment is an imaginary picture of Heaven and Hell,
showing both the Elect and the Condemned. The painting follows the description of the
Apocalypse of St. John, the Apostle, and the words of St. Matthew — 24, "Come ye
Blessed of my Father" and "Depart from me, ye accursed ones."
Below the throne are the Apostles; at the right are Angels welcoming the Elect. In the
narrow space between Heaven and Hell is the earth and sea giving up their dead. St.
Michael is shown standing astride Death, controlling the tormented lost souls who
refused God's Love while on earth.

Chapter 3
The La Salette Secret
Any mother who watches her son die knows agony. But none
has ever known the agony Mary Immaculate endured as she
watched the loveliest of all Sons die on a cross. Yet, had that
sacrifice been accepted by men as it was by God, had all the
sons of Adam acknowledged Jesus as Savior and adored Him
as God, Mary could have borne her agony with even greater
dignity. But what are the facts? Over 1800 years after His death,
she was still weeping — and with reason! In 1846 there were
over one billion 500 million inhabitants on the earth, but only an
infinitesimal fraction of them had really fallen in love with
Mary's Son.
When Our Lady appeared at La Salette (France) she was
more typically herself than at any of her public apparitions. As
her Son's suffering overflowed in blood, her sufferings overflowed
in tears. Jesus and His Mother both came into their glory
through suffering. Suffering will continue within His Mystical
Body as long as there is sin on earth. All of us living within His
Body must suffer as the blood of Christ flows through us. Worldly people often ask: Why does God permit such a good person
to suffer? The true friends of God very often must bear great
suffering. By doing so they make up what is missing in His Passion. The poorest on this earth are nearest to Our Lord. Those
within the diabolical mystical body of Satan are often free of all
suffering, living in ease, with worldly adornments and wealth.
Satan promises great material possessions and a life of physical
pleasure to those who give up Christ and "sell out" to him, and
he often keeps his promise. The modern materialistic world is
Satan's kingdom, and money is the God he gives his people to

worship. As materialism, atheism and the cruelty in human
society constantly increase, so Christ's Mystical Body must
suffer in greater volume. But this cannot go on forever.
But God is just as well as merciful. Had not the time come
for justice? Mary, being Mother of Man as well as Mother of
God, would do what she could for both. She implored Him to
withhold His just anger — and appeared on the mountain of
La Salette, weeping and warning men. She cried: "I am no
longer able to restrain the arm of my son."
In tears she appeared to two children and told them the cause
of her grief, instructing them to tell part of her message at
once, and the full message in 12 years. Popes Pius IX and Leo
XIII heard these messages and believed them. However, to this
day the greater part of her La Salette message is not well known.
After 100 years it still is fearsome reading. It tells the wrath
of God for a sinful world in words which cannot be misunderstood. It is my belief our Blessed Mother succeeded in delaying
punishment for 100 years.
We all know that the world has fallen into greater wickedness
during these years of grace with the race perverting itself more
and more as it grows older. It would seem that God's plan for
repopulating Heaven by creating earth, and then man and
woman to live on it, giving them free will to choose between His
Father and Satan, was meeting with poor success.
This writer is of the opinion that all people should study both
the Messages of La Salette and the Messages of Fatima side by
side, and consider them as one with one message complementing
and interpreting the other. On reading the two messages we
begin to understand the Plan God has for the punishment of
the world. Both secret messages are published here.
The Fatima Messages have been widely distributed because
they carry hope for peace, but the La Salette Message was not,
because, no doubt, it carries no hope for peace and warns of
impending doom. In any event, it is certain that the Blessed
Mother wanted the people of the world to be guided by the
La Salette Messages as well as the Fatima Messages. She did

not want the La Salette Message kept a secret beyond the year
1858.
THE MESSAGE OF LA SALETTE!
The public message of La Salette is available and is well
known. I wish only to publish here the secret messages of both
children which were given to Pope Pius IX.
The La Salette apparition preceded the Lourdes apparition
to St. Bernadette by 12 years. The Blessed Virgin appeared on
the now famous La Salette Mount in France to two children.
One was a little shepherd boy, 11 years of age, and the other
a poor, timid girl, 14 years of age. These two children suddenly
became famous in France, Italy, and throughout Europe. The
name of the boy is: Peter Maximin Giraud; and that of the
girl: Frances Melanie Mathieu. On Saturday, September 19,
1846, between 2 and 3 o'clock in the afternoon, they both beheld the apparition. It was recognized as worthy of credence
by Pope Pius IX on August 24, 1852, and has been known
throughout the Catholic world as Our Lady of La Salette. The
following are the secret messages:1
SECRET OF MAXIMIN GIRAUD
"On the 19th of September, 1846, I saw a lady brilliant like
the sun, whom I believe to be the Holy Virgin. However, I have
never said it was the Holy Virgin. I have always said that I saw
a lady, but never ventured to affirm that it was the Holy Virgin.
"From what I am going to state here, it appertains to the
Church to judge whether it was truly the Holy Virgin or some
other person. She gave me my secret about the middle of her
conversation with me, after these words: 'The grapes shall rot,
and the chestnuts shall be bad.' The Lady began by saying to
me:
"1. 'Three fourths of France shall lose the faith, and the
other fourth, that will preserve it, will practice it with tepidity.
"2. 'Peace shall not be given to the world until men will be
converted.

"3. 'A Protestant nation in the North shall be converted to
the faith, and through the means of that nation, the others shall
return to the holy Catholic Church.
"4. 'The next Pope shall not be a Roman.
"5. 'When men shall be converted, God will give peace to the
world.
"6. 'Afterwards this peace shall be disturbed by the monster.
"7. 'The monster shall arrive at the end of this nineteenth
century or, at latest, at the commencement of the twentieth.
"8. 'In this time the Antichrist will be born of a nun of
Hebraic descent, a false virgin, who will have intercourse with
the ancient serpent, with the master of impurity and putrefaction. His father will be a bishop. He will perform false miracles

the yoke of the Most High Lord. She will become the play-ball
of war. On every side blood will flow. The temples will either be
closed or desecrated. Priests and members of religious orders

" 'The Vicar of My Son will be compelled to suffer much because for a time the Church will be delivered to great persecutions. That will be the hour of darkness, and the Church will
experience a frightful crisis. The powerful officials of the State
and the Church will be suppressed and done away with, and all
law and order as well as justice. There will be murder, hate, envy
and deceit, with no love or regard for one's country or family.
" 'God is going to punish in a manner without example. Woe to
the inhabitants of the earth! God is going to exhaust His wrath,
and nobody shall be able to evade so many combined evils. At
the first stroke of His fulminating sword the mountains and the
whole of nature shall shake with terror, because the disorders
and crimes of men pierce the very vaults of the heavens. The
earth shall be stricken with every kind of plagues. (Besides the
pestilence and famine, which shall be general.) There shall be
wars until the last war, which shall be waged by the ten kings
of Antichrist. All these kings shall have a common design, and
they only shall govern the world. Priests and religious shall be

" 'Lucifer, with a very great number of demons will be unchained from hell. By degrees they shall abolish the faith, even
among persons consecrated to God. They shall blind them in
such a manner that, without very special graces, these persons
shall imbibe the spirit of those wicked angels. Many religious
houses will entirely lose the faith, and shall be the cause of the
loss of many persons. The superiors of religious communities
should be alert regarding the ones they take into the community, for the devil will use all malice, to bring persons into
the orders who are addicted to sin.
1 'Bad people will abound upon the earth; and the spirit of
darkness shall spread over the earth a universal relaxation
about everything relating to the service of God. Satan shall have
very great power over nature (God's punishment for the crimes
of men); temples will be erected for the worship of these
demons. Some persons shall be transported from one place to
another by these wicked spirits, even some priests, because these
will not be animated by the Holy Spirit of the gospel, which is a
spirit of humility, charity, and zeal for the glory of God.
" 'Some will make the dead rise and appear as holy persons.
The souls of the damned shall also be summoned, and shall appear as united to their bodies. (Such persons, resurrected
through the agency of demons, shall assume the figure of holy
persons, who are known to have been upon earth, in order more
easily to deceive them. These self-styled resuscitated persons
shall be nothing but demons under their forms. In this way they
shall preach a Gospel contrary to that of Jesus Christ, denying
the existence of heaven.)

pass through an awful crisis. France, Italy, Spain, and England
shall have civil war. Blood shall flow through the streets. French
shall fight French. Italians against Italians. After this there
will be a frightful general war. For a time God shall not remember
France, nor Italy (for two years or for one?), because the gospel
of Jesus Christ is no more understood. The Holy Father will
suffer much. I will be with him to the end to receive his sacrifice. The wicked shall many times attempt his life.
" 'Nature demands vengeance against men, and she trembles
with fright in expectation of what will befall the earth sullied
with crimes. Tremble, O earth! And tremble you also who make
profession of serving Jesus Christ, but inwardly worship yourselves, because God has delivered you to his enemies, because
corruption is in holy places.
" 'In the year 18651 the abomination shall be seen in holy
places, in convents, and then the demon shall make himself as
the king of hearts. It will be about that time that Antichrist
shall be born (1865). At his birth he shall vomit blasphemies.
He shall have teeth; in a word, he shall be like an incarnate
demon; he shall utter frightful screams; he shall work prodigies;
and he shall feed on impure things. He shall have brothers, who,
though not incarnate demons like him, shall nevertheless be
children of iniquity. At the age of twelve years they shall have
become remarkable for valiant victories, which they shall
achieve; very soon each of them will be at the head of armies.
Paris shall be burned, and Marseilles shall be submerged; many
great cities shall be shattered and swallowed up by earthquakes.
The populace will believe that everything is lost, will see nothing
but murder, and will hear only the clang of arms and sacrilegious
blasphemies.

were in my arms, those who have been animated by My spirit.
Finally, I call on the apostles of these last days, these faithful
disciples of Jesus Christ, who have lived despising the world and
themselves, in poverty and humility, in contempt and in silence,
in prayer and mortification, in chastity and union with God, in
suffering and unknown to the world. It is time for them to come
out and enlighten the world. Go ye forth and manifest yourselves as my darling children; I am with you and within you,
so that your faith may be light which illumines you in these
unhappy days, and that your zeal may make you long for
the glory and honor of the Most High. Fight, ye children of
light; combat, ye small band that can see, for this is the time
of times, the end of ends.
" 'The seasons of the year will change, the earth will produce
only bad fruits, the stars will depart from their regular course,
the moon will give only a weak, reddish light. Water and fire
in the interior of the earth will rage violently and cause terrible
earthquakes, whereby mountains and cities will sink into the
depths. Earthquakes will also devour whole countries. Together
with the Antichrist the demons will work great false miracles
on earth and in the air. Voices will be heard in the air. Then
men will desert religion and become worse and worse. Men will
let themselves be deceived because they refused to adore the
real Christ Who lives bodily amongst them. Woe to the inhabitants of the earth! Bloody wars, famines, pestilence and contagious diseases will develop. Terrible rain and hail will come
with animals falling from the heavens, thunder and lightning

" 'A certain precursor of Antichrist, together with his followers
from many nations, will fight the real Christ, the only Saviour
of the world. He will endeavor to eliminate the adoration of
God in order to be considered as God himself. Much blood will
flow. Then the earth will be visited by all kinds of blows, from
constant wars until the last war which finally will be made by
the ten kings of the Antichrist.
" 'During the time of the arrival of Antichrist, the gospel will
be preached everywhere, and all peoples and nations will then
recognize the Truth.
" 'Rome will lose the faith and become the seat of Antichrist.
Yet the Heathen Rome will disappear. See, here is the Beast
with its subjects that claims to be the Saviour of the world.
Proudly it rises in the air to go straight to Heaven, but it will
be strangled by the Archangel Michael and cast down. And
the earth, which for the past three days was in continuous
convulsions, opens her fiery jaws and swallows him with all
his cohorts forever into its hellish abyss. Eventually will water
and fire cleanse the earth and the works of human pride will be
destroyed and all will be renewed. Then will all serve God and
glorify Him.
" 'The just will have much to suffer; their prayers, works of
penance and tears will ascend to heaven. All of God's people
will cry for forgiveness and grace and beg my help and intercession. Then Jesus Christ will command His angels, by a special
act of His Justice and Mercy, to deliver all His enemies to death.
Then suddenly all persecutors of the Church of Jesus Christ and
all evil doers will perish, and rest and peace between God and
man will appear. Jesus Christ will be served, adored and glorified. Love of neighbor will begin to flourish all over. The new
kings will be on the right hand of the Church which will grow
strong, and which will be humble, pious, poor, zealous and followers of the virtues. All over, the Gospel will now be preached,

people will make great progress in faith; there will be unity
amongst the laborers of Jesus Christ, and people will live in the
fear of God.
" 'Behold the reign of the ten kings! Woe to the inhabitants
of the earth; there shall be sanguinary wars, and famine, and
plagues, and contagious maladies; there shall be showers of a
frightful hail of animals; thunder shall shake entire cities;
earthquakes which shall swallow up some countries; voices shall
be heard in the air; men (in despair) shall knock their heads
against the walls; they shall call on death; and death shall be
their torment; blood shall flow from every side. Who shall be
able to overcome (all these evils)? Fire shall rain from heaven,
and shall destroy three cities. The whole world shall be struck
with terror, and many will allow themselves to be seduced, because they have not believed the true Christ living among them.
The sun becomes dark. Faith only shall survive. So the time!
The abyss opens. Behold the king of kings of darkness! Behold
the beast with his subjects! . . . ' "

More About Our Martyred President
Vice-President Johnson visited the Vatican on September 9,
1962, and was told by Pope John that "he would soon be the
President of the United States, as President Kennedy would
die in office." Only President Johnson can verify whether or
not this is true.
This reported foresight of Pope John may be the result of
his being a saint, who in the near future may be canonized, the
second pope of the Twentieth Century to take his place among
the company of the blessed to whom prayers may be directed,
and his intercession pleaded. Already there is of record in the
Vatican that prayers to Pope John have been answered, with
two cases of terminal ailments having been instantly and miraculously cured.
It is certain that men who arise from humble homes and
become popes and presidents of a great nation are surely well
known to God, who constantly watches over and directs them.
Pope Pius X has been sainted. Pope Pius XI, Pius XII and
Pope John are surely candidates for sainthood. President Kennedy's martyrdom was well known to God, and President Johnson is a fine Christian man. It is known that with his Catholic
daughter, the two have gone quietly and unnoticed to a Catholic Tabernacle at midnight to pray to God, asking His help
to carry the President's heavy load.
I was visiting a monastery of monks in Washington, D.C.,
1963, when a telephone call came from the White House
inquiring where a religious type hair shirt could be obtained.
Such a garment was used throughout Christian history as an
instrument for self-imposed penance. The superior of the community told the inquirer that he could provide such a garment

and would deliver it to a qualified official from the White House.
A few minutes later — I WAS THERE — a White House limousine came to the entrance of the monastery. A White House
representative presented his identification and was given a religious penitential hair-shirt. This inquiry, no doubt, came after
the Fatima secret had been delivered by Pope Paul to President Kennedy; and in obedience to the words of the Mother
of God, the President wished to do penance.*
"If those at the top of the world, and in the church . . . if
mankind is not converted and if this conversion does not
come from the directors of the world and the directors of the
church—woe, woe, if this conversion does not come about..."
It is my personal opinion that President Kennedy began a
private, unknown and self-imposed penance to do his part as
one of the world leaders, in obedience to this request.
For devoted Fatima believers, the words given at Fatima in
1917 came from the Throne of God; and Fatima devotees have
no trouble in accepting them as full truth. It seems now that
John F. Kennedy was one of us. However, there are relatively
few true believers. The great masses of the people world wide
passed off the whole Fatima drama as fanatical nonsense. The
Blessed Mother anticipated this. She said in her 1960 Secret:
"This will be a time which neither king nor emperor,
cardinal nor bishop is expecting, but it will come, nevertheless, in accordance with My Father's Plan, to punish and
avenge."
OPINION OF EMMETT CULLIGAN ON DEATH OF
PRESIDENT JOHN F. KENNEDY
It has been my opinion, since the death of John F. Kennedy,
that his office as President was a part of a Providential Plan of
God Almighty. It was known several years in advance of the
election of President Kennedy that a Catholic would be elected
*Sir Thomas More, a Catholic layman of England, wore a hairshirt most
of his adult days. He did so to atone for sin. It seems that John F. Kennedy also wore a hairshirt while living in The White House. Both men
were martyred. Thomas More was canonized a saint.

President of the United States and that he would be assassinated. This was foretold by clairvoyants who had the gift of
prophecy. After he was elected President it was foretold again
that he would be assassinated; and this especially was true a
day or two before the assassination took place.
I, personally, am of the opinion that John F. Kennedy's whole
life, from childhood, was directed by Providence. The fact that
he suffered much physically during his lifetime, especially from
a back injury; and that he sought a hair shirt at a Washington
Monastery
and presumably wore it — after he read the
Fatima Secret that he received from Pope Paul, lead me to believe that he was a true suffering soul of atonement, suffering
for the sins of the world. I also believe that his death was planned
by Providence to remove him from his great office so that a
Catholic man, and a member of the Mystical Body, would not
be in charge of the destiny of our great nation in case World
War III would break out. As President, he would have had to
give the order to put the United States into war, which would
be followed by the destruction of much of the human race. If
this war is to happen, as we are warned by the Mother of God,
it will happen because of no genuine repentance. It is my opinion
that such a war will be ordered by satanic men — precursors of
antichrist. It could well be that World War III can come as predicted at Fatima and, more recently, at Garabandal — for mankind has not repented for its sins, but has become progressively
sinful, such as legalizing murder in three states of the United
States.
It is well known that all Christian presidents of the United
States receive guidance and help from Mary, Mother of God.
The United States was dedicated formally on May 13, 1846 to
the Blessed Mother. The Mother of God knows that Satan will
eventually bring on once more a demonic war on the world and
that it will come in punishment for sin. It seems that it was so
willed that President John F. Kennedy should not take part
in such a war. His death also freed his parents — fine Christian
people and parents of nine children — from such a sorrow.

EMMETT CULLIGAN
Jeane Dixon, who foresaw his death eleven years in advance,
and several times later, saw him after death in spirit as his
remains were taken to Arlington Cemetery for burial. Here is
what she said in the book, "A Gift of Prophecy," on Page 182:
"Another vision appeared before me on November 25, 1963,
while I was watching his funeral on television. The President's
casket was being carried from St. Matthew's Cathedral — the
same church in which I first saw the vision of his assassination
in 1952 — and as it was solemnly lifted into place on the
caisson, I suddenly saw John Fitzgerald Kennedy dancing an
Irish jig on top of it. He was happy, gay and free! The funeral
procession moved slowly down the avenue, with the President
continuing his merry twirling until it reached Memorial Bridge.
At that juncture I saw Uncle Sam raise both hands, as if pronouncing a benediction, and when I glanced back at the caisson only a fleecy trail of smoke remained where the President
had danced."
On the green hillside directly opposite Memorial Bridge, an
eternal flame now lights the grave of America's thirty-fifth President. Jeane Dixon believes that this symbolic torch can serve
as an inspiration for those living during the holocaust which she
foresees for the 1980's.
It seems that President John F. Kennedy had a true destiny
in our beloved country. Some day we may know what it was.

I found that the coming of the antichrist was delayed 100
years. In the Secret of La Salette, the Lady said antichrist would
be bom about 1865. I believe he was born in Egypt in 1962.
In May, 1967, he may be five years old, and has already come
into his early reign, even as a young boy. On the 20th of April,
1967, the faculty of Catholic University in Washington, D.C.,

priests and laymen, voted 400 to 18 to oppose the heads of the
Catholic University — bishops, archbishops, cardinals, and the
Holy Father himself — and put on an ordinary labor strike
until one faculty member, Father Curran, would be reinstated;
and he was. This strike was disobedience by the clergy of the
Catholic Church against lawful authority. To me this disobedience means that the reign of the antichrist has started, and
that his diabolical influence will be progressively felt within
the church until he reaches age thirty, at which time he will
come into his full reign and will be in charge of the destiny of
the world for three and one-half years, after which he will be
cast into Hell and the church will once more come into its
triumphant and obedient reign.

Legalized Murder
THOU SHALT NOT
KILL!
Murder has been legalized in three states of the union: California, Colorado and North Carolina. This official disobedience
of the Ten Commandments of God by governments will do much
to hasten destruction of the world — as told herein in the
Fatima Secret.
WORDS FROM HEAVEN
MEN MUST BECOME BETTER. They must
implore the remission of the sins which they have
committed and will continue to c o m m i t . . . . What
I have already made known at La Salette through
the children, Melanie and Maximin, I repeat today.
If mankind does not refrain (from disobeying the
Ten Commandments), I SHALL BE FORCED TO
LET FALL MY SON'S ARM. If those at the top in
the world and in the church do not oppose these
acts, IT IS I WHO SHALL DO SO, AND I SHALL
PRAY GOD MY FATHER TO VISIT HIS JUSTICE ON MEN. Then it is that God will punish
men more harshly and more severely THAN HE
PUNISHED THEM BY THE FLOOD. The time
is continually approaching, the abyss is growing
wider, and there is no end. . . . millions and more
millions of men will lose their lives.

There never was an official act of any legislature in the history
of man that will bring down the WRATH OF GOD more certainly than the law passed at Sacramento, California in June,
1967, when murder was legalized.
I have had the Secret of Fatima in my possession for over
three years. However, not until the California legislature passed
its murder law did I decide to publish it. I do so that these California legislators may read it and realize how serious is an act
of disobeying the Fifth Commandment, THOU SHALT NOT
KILL, and that they may vote again to rescind the sinful law.
I further printed this message that it may deter other legislators
in forty-seven other states from following the lead of the largest
state in America.
May God have mercy on the twenty million people of
California who are represented by men who, while living in
the absence of God, can so easily break one of the Ten
Commandments.
TO ALL LEGISLATORS IN AMERICA
A vicious piece of proposed legislation is being circulated
throughout our fifty states— the so-called abortion law. Three
states have already passed it. Of course, all legislators realize
that this is a law to permit LEGAL MURDER. Every Christian
knows this is a sin against the Fifth of the Ten Commandments
of God. And it is the first time in the history of man that murder
of innocent souls has been legalized.
This booklet tells how God will punish the world for such
sin. The Mother of Jesus came to this world to warn that such
sinning must stop, and if not, she said:
"THEN IT IS THAT GOD WILL PUNISH MEN MORE
HARSHLY AND MORE SEVERELY THAN HE PUNISHED THEM BY THE FLOOD."
Copies of this pamphlet are being sent to every Governor and State
Legislator in our fifty states, and to all Federal law makers.

The Blessed Mother came to earth in 1830, at Ru De Bac,
Paris; again at La Salette in 1848; at Lourdes in 1858; at
Pontmain, France in 1871; at Knock, Ireland in 1879; and at
Fatima, Portugal in 1917. It is my opinion that the Apocalypse
started at Her visit to Ru du Bac 176 years ago, and has been
in progress since. Our Lady appeared in the Paris convent to
a young novice who later became St. Catherine Laboure. Her
mortal remains lie incorrupt beneath the altar where she talked
to Mother Mary. At later appearances Mary sought children to
make visionaries and messengers. Her messages were always
much the same, with a warning: "MANKIND MUST STOP
OFFENDING GOD. PEOPLE MUST PRAY — PRAY —
PRAY AND DO PENANCE." She said at Fatima, on October
13, 1917, which were Her last words:
"IF PEOPLE DO NOT AMEND THEIR
LIVES THE WORLD WILL END." *
