“Friends Helping Friends”.

Brockville and District Hospice Palliative Care Service.
The goal of the Brockville and District Hospice Palliative
Care Service is to provide the best quality of life for the
critically or terminally ill by ensuring their comfort and

Your Support... Makes the Difference!
The Brockville General Hospital’s Palliative Care Program depends on you and your
support in ensuring this service continues to provide quality care, and support to patients
and their families coping with a life threatening condition. This program costs $575,000
on an annual basis and leans almost entirely on funds raised by you and our community.
Through funds raised this year, we will not only be supporting the service, but will be
providing enhancements to each existing Palliative Care room. The enhancements
may include; updated televisions, sound systems, lighting, day/night seating for family
members and room decor accents, all in order to make the lasts days as comfortable
and peaceful as possible for the Palliative Care Patient and their families.
