Constructing syllables Syllables are formed by combining each consonant with the vowels. (l;t sita may be used instead of sanga) 2.By exaggerating the adjective Example: l56f] chhito ----- l56} chhitai 3. Dictionary form is formed by main verb root +nu. Please note that in the section on "Tense" following this chapter, verb roots combine with different bases to form the appropriate verbs. Imperative sentences As we have seen there are three forms of politeness for 'You' so there are three different forms of verbs in imperatives. On Tika we put tika on our forehead from our elders. Tihar : Tihar generally falls on Kartik (Oct.-Nov.). It is celebrated for five days.
