Welcome to inTech Trailers, we are nestled in the heartland of
America, located in Nappanee, Indiana. Things move at a slightly
slower pace in Nappanee, and that quickly becomes apparent when
you visit our small, rural town where you are just as likely to see a
horse and buggy as you are an automobile. It should come as no
surprise that Nappanee has adopted the saying, “Embrace the

Our dedicated Amish workforce has a long heritage of quality

Understanding the differences from one trailer to another is not
always easy. We have all heard the hype from company’s that are
attempting to earn your business, but rarely do they ever actually
justify their claims. At inTech we want to make absolutely certain
that our customers understand what truly sets us apart from the
competition.
Start to Finish inTech does not
upfit an existing trailer, we actually build
our trailers from the ground up. This
not only allows us to control quality
throughout the manufacturing process,
it also eliminates the double markup on
the trailer providing more value for
your investment.
Quality, Fit & Finish If a trailer is assembled correctly the first
time, it will last longer and provide a higher quality of ownership,
which in turn keeps your crew happier and more productive. You can
see the inTech difference everywhere you look from our welds and
perfectly mitered joints to the meticulous caulk work.
All-Tube / All-Aluminum It is
important to know that every inTech
trailer is built using an all-aluminum,
all-tube frame. This translates into
a lighter weight, stronger chassis
which is the foundation upon what
everything else is built. The allaluminum frame will not rust over time
and will deliver years and years of
trouble-free service.

Engineering At inTech, every trailer we manufacture is
engineered for its specific purpose. Our
engineering department utilizes SolidWorks,
the latest in 3D CAD software. With every
trailer, whether it is our standard floor plan or
your own design, we will supply you with a full
set of prints including a 3D interactive model.
Vapor Barrier Floor When you look
under an inTech trailer you will only see
aluminum. You will not see unprotected wood
that will rot over time. Our trailers are built with
a one-piece aluminum vapor barrier floor that
not only keeps dirt and debris from reaching
the underside of your floor, but also prevents
moisture penetration.
Walk-On Service Roof
You never know when you are going
to need to access the roof. inTech
takes the worry out of going onto
the roof; every inTech trailer comes
standard with a walk-on service roof
of the trailer. In addition, our trussed
roof design has a slight crown that
helps to eliminate water from pooling
while adding greater strength.
Fiberglass Exterior Walls The jobsite can be a demanding
environment. inTech realizes this and that is why our industrial
trailers come standard with one-piece fiberglass walls. Tough
enough to take the abuse yet easy enough to repair should any
damage occur, inTech trailers are durable and built to last!

Our 5x8 single axle splicing trailer is our smallest and most agile trailer
in the lineup. This is a great starter unit for a smaller crew or a company
with a limited budget. Like all of our splicing trailers the 5x8 is self
powered and contains a generator with a standard in-frame 20-gallon
fuel tank. With a full service, climate-controlled clean room, the inTech
5x8 is one of the best values in the industry.

Equipped with a single 5200# axle the 6x10 can be upgraded to a
tandem 3500# axle setup for increased stability and ease of towing.

The 8x12 tandem axle splicing trailer is our largest standard offering.
The additional space creates a comfortable interior work environment
and also provides exterior storage compartments that make accessing
equipment and tools trouble-free at the jobsite. At no additional charge
the generator can be moved into the rear compartment from the trailer
tongue for added protection and security. More workspace and more
storage make this the perfect trailer for larger crews or longer projects.
