form that is right for them. We have created five distinctive full form styles. Of these five styles, four are symmetrical shapes that can be
worn on either side of the chest wall for easy fitting. The other, an asymmetrical shape, fits specificall the right and left side of the body to
give a more precise, natural fit. Reference these styles when determining a form style for your customer.

Soft lightweight foam forms fill out any bra. Great for those customers who do not want
the weight of silicone or who only wish for lightweight shaping in specific bras or dresses. Available in symmetrical triangle and oval for an easy fit every time, sizes 4-12 in
the triangle shape and 4-14 in the oval shape. Washable and reusable. Pairs only.

TRANSFORM® Double-Sided Tape
This medical grade tape is flexible, breathable and comfortable to wear and adheres well to
breast forms and enhancers to help hold them securely in place. They are easy to use and
won’t hurt full forms or enhancers. The tape comes in curved strips that fit breast forms and
standard enhancers or in large oval sheets for the TRANSFORM® Queen Size Enhancers.
Tape leaves no residue. Available in 24 pieces per bag and the large queen size tape
comes in 6 pair per bag.
TRANSFORM® Silicone Security Strips
Unique thin silicone strips help hold silicone breast forms in place when wearing fashion bras. Strips
are gentle to the skin as well as the forms and offer another alternative to the double-sided tape. Strips
are adhesive, conform to the chest wall and are a quick, easy way to secure the forms to the body.
Each is washable and reusable and leaves no residue on a form or the body. They are made of 100%
soft silicone and have been designed to fit on any form style. 4 strips per bag.
TRANSFORM PREMIER® Changeable Adhesive Pads
Silicone adhesive replacement pads for the TRANSFORM PREMIER® SemiRound & Triangle Adhesive Forms. One pair/bag, sized by the form size and
style. Designed to fit specifically on the TRANSFORM PREMIER® semi-round
or the triangle forms. Pads are all silicone and can be cleaned while attached to
forms. Cleaning kit with brush and liquid soap is recommended to help increase
the adhesiveness of the pads.
