A stud packet online or on CD for Am/Can CH Skyfire’s Oughta Be A Law CD JH WC. I hope
that you find this packet easy to look through and use. Included you will find all of the
clearances and certificates for titles as well as various pictures of Alibi and his kids.
Most of the pictures are saved at print quality so that you may print them out and use them in
your puppy packets. Feel free to size them down for use on your website after the breeding
has taken place and you are expecting puppies.
In the Alibi Kids Pics folder you will find pictures of some of his offspring that are out there
earning titles. I hope to add to this as I get more information back from different breeders
and owners:
♦ Axle – Skyfire’s Oughta Be Haulin who was best puppy in match at the 06 PSLRA
Sanctioned B Match and went on to place in a big puppy class at the PSLRA Specialty at
only six months and one day.
♦ Can CH Liberty Stars and Strips is AKC pointed and well on her way to her
championship.
♦ Daybreaks Chocolate Splash has earned her JH CD WC CGC is AKC pointed.
♦ Ginger Spice Girl AX AXJ has a slew of agility titles, was the #1 Labrador in Nov
Agility and is well on her way to her MACH.
♦ Marshy Hopes Extra Stout won a large Open Chocolate class at the Potomac LRC 06
and has 8 AKC points. He can’t show in the fall and winter because dad is too busy
hunting with him.
♦ Japanese CH Lavender Hills Tim Tam finished with three major CC’s.
♦ Moose – has his Therapy certificate and is one of the mainstays in Reading With Rover.

♦ Skyfire’s Phoenix has both majors and should finish her championship soon.
♦ Windy Canyon’s Fulla Jazz CD JH RN CC, Windy Canyon’s Sweetest Fuji CD RN JH CC,
& Windy Canyon’s Dark Ranger “Strider” CD RA JH AX AJX CC CGC are littermates
who are out there doing it all. Strider is currently accruing MACH points.
♦ Skyfire’s Southern Charm has won or placed in all of her specialty classes including
winning the 9 – 12 mo chocolate bitch class at the Potomac LRC 06.
♦ Not Pictured – Alibi’s Billy The Kid SH major pointed
33% of his kids that have been OFA’d have received hip ratings of “Excellent”. Alibi is
producing large litters with both shipped semen and on-site breedings. Cooled shipped semen
always available – we strive to make your breeding experience as painless and successful as
possible!

Breeding Contract
This is to certify that: Am / Can CH Skyfire’s Oughta Be A Law JH CD WC

Terms
Prior to breeding the bitch owner must provide the following: A Negative Brucella blood titre test dated within 60
days prior to breeding; Either OFA, OVC or Wind Morgan Hip certification after age two, elbow, hock, shoulder &
heart clearances are strongly encouraged; Eye clearance (CERF or ACVO) dated within one year, showing that the
bitch is free of any hereditary eye disorders; A four generation pedigree.
The bitch owner will notify the stud owner on the first day of the bitches season or as soon after as possible. The
bitch will be delivered by day 10 of her season. All genetic clearances and health clearances required will arrive
with or before the bitch. Any bitch who does not appear to be in good health will be subject to a veterinary exam
prior to breeding at the expense of the bitch owner, or the owner agrees to collect the bitch and have a veterinary
health clearance done. Written proof of such clearance will accompany the bitch when she returns to our kennel.
All transportation charges are to be paid by the bitch owner. The bitch owner will supply any special diets or
medications required by the bitch. If breeding is done through the use of extended semen, all cost associated with
the collection, transportation, testing and insemination of the semen will be paid by the bitch owner.
If bitch does not prove in whelp, or does not produce a litter, notice must be given to owner of stud within seven (7)
days of whelp due date. No service fee will be charged on return season if bitch fails to produce a litter.
Notification of the bitches next season must be made on the first day so as to guarantee availability. No refund of
service fee.
Payment
The fee for this mating is $800.00. $200 non-refundable service fee due at bitch’s arrival at our kennel. The
balance of $600 is due when the litter is born. Should the litter be smaller than 4 puppies the total fee will be
prorated at $200 per puppy ie: 4 puppies $800, 3 puppies $600, 2 puppies $400, 1 puppy $200. Litter Registration
will not be signed until stud fee is paid in full. Second pick puppy may be taken in lieu of stud fee of agreeable to
both parties. Stud fee quoted is applicable for six months from date of contract.
Care
It will be agreed prior to breeding, that the puppies will be raised in an acceptable manner, as is the standard of
practice by concerned breeders of purebred dogs. Puppies and their mother will receive needed medical attention as
required. Puppies will be raised in a clean environment with appropriate shelter and kept until at least seven (7)
weeks of age. All puppies produced by this breeding will be sold on Limited Registration unless sold into a
responsible competition/breeding home or are co-owned by the breeder. No puppy from this breeding will be
advanced to full registration and/or bred until bitch owner has in their possession Hip, Elbow & Eye clearances.
Unsold puppies will stay with the bitch owner until sold or placed. No puppy from this breeding will be sold to a
pet shop, through a puppy broker, or taken to any “pound” or “shelter”. Bitch owner is responsible for keeping her
away from any other intact male dogs for the time before breeding and for the remainder of her cycle after breeding.
If any puppy from this breeding is found to be afflicted with any known heritable disorder, stud owner will be
notified immediately.
The owner of the stud shall exercise due care and caution in handling the bitch but is in no way liable for injuries,
illness or loss of the bitch. The stud dog owner reserves the right to refuse stud service to any bitch for the
following reasons: Lack of requested information including but not limited to hip & eye clearances, pedigree, proof
of brucellosis testing; Failure to notify the stud dog owner within the first few days of the bitch’s coming season;
Any evidence that the bitch is not suitable for breeding or is not of breeding quality as determined by the stud dog
owner.
