sequential numerical labeling system
that is sewn into the garment (coat
and pants) upon its first inspection and
assessment at our facility. The garments
are assigned different numbers to track
cleaning, repairs and costing as well as to
historically track each component.
All “Firetrack” worksheet summaries and
historical reports are available to the individual Fire Department for budgeting and
cost analysis purposes.

In accordance with the recommendations of NFPA 1851, 2008 Edition, we offer an annual and semi annual Cleaning and Inspection Service Agreement at special contract rates for your scheduling
convenience and to ensure the integrity and fire readiness of the ensemble. This would also give you the opportunity of having minor repairs done as required at the same time. Our normal
turnaround time for this service is 4 days.
Our operational performance and internal standards are governed by our ISO 9001: 2000 Manual as well as a specialized and focused Quality Management System Operations Manual. No other
service provider of this nature in Canada has these credentials, capabilities and reporting systems.

fit, added comfort and enhanced communications. Omni-mount bracket design
allows for the facepiece, and the transmitting communication equipment interface,
to be done on either voicemitter. In addition the new SureSeal™ System takes the
renowned AV-3000® facepiece to the next level in comfort and fit. Innovations such
as enhanced sealing surfaces and intuitive, practical personal protective equipment
interfaces let you work with greater ease and confidence. SureSeal™ achieves this
without sacrificing the features that make the AV-3000® facepiece an industry leader,
like an expansive field of vision and exceptional voice intelligibility.
The U-shape of the reflex seal maintains a continuous circumferential seal around the
user’s face. This technology allows the SureSeal™ to flex with every move - resulting
in higher fit factors during fit testing. For improved sealing capabilities, a fifth strap
has been added and the buckles are thoughtfully placed, so they won’t torque the
seal and cause leaks if over-tightened.
The AV-2000® facepiece is fully interchangeable with Scott’s full-line of SCBA,
air-supplied respirators and air-purifying respirators, as well as communications
products.

The Scott TRC-1 Mobile Air Cart supplies breathing air
for up to 8 respirator users at a time. This one cart can
supply 2 teams with air from independent air sources

is controlled by selector switch. All outlets can
be supplied by installed cylinders or by an
external high pressure source

PILLOW TANK
The Scotty 4000F pump is a single action pump with a foam educting attachment
and air aspirating nozzle (4003). The 4000F-BP eliminates the need to batch
mix when Class A foam is required. Each time the pump is charged, 1% of foam
concentrate is educted into the pump chamber. The 4003 air aspirating nozzle
generates foam when the pump is discharged.
The Scotty 4550 Pillow Tanks are rugged, industrial grade products designed to carry
and store water for use at fire scenes and incident sites. Made from fabric reinforced
materials, the tanks come complete with a 2-1/2” NPSH ball valve, removable 5-1/2”
wide cap and fastened corner brackets for tie downs. If required an optional thread
reducer down to 1-1/2” NPSH or NHT is available.

• The Scotty 4045A-30, “Roll & Foam”,
Mobile Foam Attack System is a selfcontained unit that can transform
any pressurized fire hose, water
supply line or stand pipe into a fire
fighting, foam generating station.
An average person can roll the unit
to a pressurized water source near
a fire scene even when the tank is
filled to capacity with fire fighting
foam concentrate (foam concentrate
not included). By following the
instructions on the top of the tank,
the user can deploy, set-up and spray
foam in under a minute. The Roll &
Foam has a flow rate of 30 gallons per
minute and comes with 1.5” NPSH
threads.
“THROUGH-THE-PUMP” EDUCTOR/MIXER
The 4071 Foam Eductor/Mixer is a simple “A-the-P” unit to educt foam concentrate
into hose lines. It is mounted between the discharge and suction side of a pump.
For use on portable forestry pumps or fitted permanently to skid units, the 4071 is
a simple and effective way for fire departments to add a foam capability to their
equipment.
The unit is adjustable, permitting various foam ratio percentages to be educted
depending on the nozzles being used. A 4071 includes the eductor, pressure hose
and pick-up hose. A 4071KIT includes the eductor, pressure hose, pick-up hose and
two connecting tees; a 1 1/2” and a 2” size with NPSH threads.

• The Scotty 5L Portable Foam Kit is designed for attachment to a 11⁄2” fire hose. The
unit provides a fast and simple solution to a fire scene requiring Class A or Class B
(AFFF) foam. The 4075 is available in flow rates of 15, 30, 50, or 70 gpm for 11⁄2”
hose lines.
• The standard 4075-50 has a fixed eduction ratio of 1% for Class A foam or 3% for
Class B (AFFF) foam (please specify Class A or B when ordering). The 4075-50 can
be supplied for use with many extinguishing liquids requiring specific eduction
percentage ratios, at request.
• The body of the unit is molded from glass reinforced nylon for strength and
durability. It is also resistant to corrosion caused by seawater and foam concentrates,
electrolysis and UV radiation.

PRY-AXE
The Hooligan Tool is one of the world´s most popular forcible entry tools. These
heavy duty tools were designed to pound, puncture, pry, twist, and cut all types of
barriers encountered by emergency service personnel. The head and claw are forged
from high alloy steel, heat treated for maximum strength, then fitted to a 1” (2.5
cm) stress proof bar. The bar has machine grooved nonslip grips. The Hooligan Tool
features a newly designed claw that is gently curved for maximum prying leverage.
The claw opening is parallel and fits over locks, hasps and many door bars. It can also
be used as a nail puller and a gas shut off during emergencies. The new “Highway
Hooligan Tool” features a new metal cutting claw with a machine sharpened metal
cutter that uses the can opener principle to cut heavy gauge metal and composites.
Here is a tool that has withstood the test of time. For over 40 years the Pry-Axe

is a 600 psi (4200 kPa) fire hose that withstands temperatures from 1200°F to
–37°F, (649°C to –38°C). Its light-weight design is virtually non-kinking and ideal

Angus Red Chief is a nitrile rubber through-the-weave construction fire hose that
is ideally suited for municipal fire protection. Its synthetic jacket is completely
protected and locked in by a rubber cover and lining for extra toughness and extra
durability. The heavy rib construction makes the hose highly resistant to cuts,
punctures, impact and abrasion. With a proof pressure of 600 psi (4200 kPa) and
a tolerance for temperatures from 1200°F to –37°F (649°C to –38°C), Red Chief
is clearly superior to all other conventional fire hose constructions. Its lightweight
design is virtually non-kinking. The standard colour for Red Chief is red. ULC Listed.

Angus Hi-Vol is a tough large diameter hose with the ability to deliver more water
at a lower cost. It is lightweight, compact and durable with high resistance to oils,
chemicals, ozone and heat. Its tough, high tensile cover and lining, permanently
interlocked with the synthetic reinforcement, provide greater abrasion resistance
while being snag-proof, kink resistant, and immune to mildew or rot. U.L.C.
labeling is standard on 4” (100mm) and 5” (125mm). 4” (100mm) Hi-Vol is U.L.C.
listed to a 250 psi service test pressure. The standard colours for Hi-Vol are yellow or

G1921-063 / -075: These garden hose threaded assemblies are generally
used in spot forest fire extinguishing . They are light enough for one
person to carry several hundred feet in to the forest.

The Zero Torque (ZT) nozzle is the first nozzle specifically designed with ergonomics, handling, control and reduced firefighter fatigue in mind. The ZT naturally keeps the nozzle
out in front of the firefighter to allow for easier operation and provide better control. In addition the pistol grip and inlet swivel are positioned to eliminate the reaction force
torque found in all conventional pistol grip designs. Conventional pistol grip nozzles are held at a position 3 1/2” to 4” below the center line of discharge, creating a natural torque
which must be resisted by the firefighter. The ZT is positioned to eliminate the torque, leaving only the straight reaction force for the firefighter to resist.
The ZT is available on any 1 1/2”, Mid-Range, Wide-Range, and 2 1/2”Turbojet, SaberJet, or Assault nozzle.

SABERMASTER™ NOZZLES
The SaberMaster nozzles are the only multi-purpose master stream nozzles in the fire service today. The SaberMaster 1250 makes remote controlled monitors truly remote
because you can now easily change from solid bore to fog flow streams with the flip of a switch. The SaberMaster 500 allows you to switch from solid bore to fog without
shutting down. No other master stream nozzles have this 2-in-1 capability.
• SaberMaster 1250 reduces the risk of injury by not having to climb onto the deck to
change tips.
• Both smooth bore reach and penetration & fog stream cooling and protection without
having to shut down the water flow to switch tips

AIR ASPIRATING FOAM NOZZLES
Scotty Air Aspirating Nozzles are manufactured from the latest engineering grade composite polymers for resilience
and durability on the fire scene. They are available in 8 flow rates. Designed with standard 1.5” male fire hose threads
(3/4” Garden Hose Thread for 4003 and 4015). They can be adapted to a 1.5” coupling on a fire hose by either a Forestry
“Quick-Connect” female adapter, a threaded “Stortz” adapter or by a Scotty Double female adapter/connector, 4085
(NPSH) or 4086 (NHT).

FOG/STRAIGHT STREAM NOZZLE WITH SHUTOFF
This nozzle, with flow rates of 15, 30 and 70 gpm. The nozzle incorporates a standard
twist-to-shut-off feature. The fog pattern created by the unit consists of a fine mist
capable of fast cooling any overheated material or gas. The straight stream is highly
concentrated for greater reach and delivery. The 4038 is constructed from extremely
durable, engineering grade,glass-filled nylon, it will not corrode or tarnish.
Practically zero maintenance is required. The unit is perfectly suitable for forestry
use, residential hose reels, industrial fire cabinets and even shipboard applications.
The 4038 fits standard 1-1/2” NHT or NPSH threads.

“REVOLVER” MULTI-FLOW NOZZLE
The Scotty 4044 “Revolver” Nozzle is Scotty’s unique answer for the need of a multiaperture, low flow field nozzle. The 4044 can be set on one of four different flow
rates, three in a straight stream mode and one in a slot/fan pattern. The pre-set flow
rates are 3, 6, 9 and 12 gpm. The flow rate is easily changed by rotating the outer
barrel to a desired setting. The nozzle also has an “OFF” position. The Revolver Nozzle
is manufactured from glass-reinforced, engineering-grade polymers. Using this
material makes the Scotty 4044 very lightweight, extremely durable and absolutely
corrosion proof. The nozzle can be used with Class A or Class B foams, but is not
designed to generate the type of bubble structure typical of our air-aspirating foam
nozzles. The 4044 Nozzle comes with 1.5” male NPSH threads on the nozzle body.

The Scotty 4049 is a “Mini Monitor” system that can be permanently or temporarily
mounted virtually anywhere. The system consists of mounting plate, a removable
pedestal base with a mounted stainless steel swivel tube, a threaded tube bracket,
a 4080 Pistol Grip Shut-Off and either a Foam Tube Nozzle, a Fog/Stream Nozzle or a
Smooth Bore Nozzle. The unit will swivel 360º and tilt up to 75º above and down to
45º below the horizontal. The unit can be locked in one of seven different angles by
tightening the included knob lock.

Use a sledge hammer to drive the Piercing Applicator through concrete block, cars, mobile homes, etc. It’s designed to get water or foam into hidden trouble spots. The driving
button and point are made of hardened tool steel with impinging jets for a dense fog pattern. Plus it’s compatible with Class A and B foams.
Piercing Applicator Extension - 3 ft. extension PA-3D is designed to screw into the end of the piercing applicator (Style 1088) in place of the drive button providing extra
reach. This New Piercing Applicator Extension allows extra vantage for those hard to reach areas.

Akron® Ozzie Oscillating Monitors have powerful sweeping water streams for high performance attack and protection. Its unique water driven motor sweeps the outlet back
and forth in a smooth, wave-like motion to provide cooling and protection while unmanned. Ozzie Oscillating Monitors operate by themselves to provide greater flexibility by

WRENCH MOUNTING BRACKET
The Scotty 4577 Fire Coupler Spanner and Gas Wrench is a durable, light weight
wrench used to tighten and loosen 1” (25mm), 1-1/2” (38mm), 1-3/4” (44mm), 2”
(51mm) 2-1/2” (65mm) and 3” (76mm) fire hose line couplers, swivel hose fittings
and anvil lug couplers. The tool can also be used to open standard, 70mm caps on
foam concentrate containers.
The Scotty 4580 Mounting Bracket enables a Scotty 4578 Drum & Pail or a Scotty
4579 Super Spanner to be secured in place on a wall or in a cabinet, etc… The
Bracket can be fastened vertically, horizontally or at virtually any angle. Once the
Bracket is fastened in place, the Wrench can then be pulled out of and snapped back
into the Bracket.

This powerful flashlight carries more approvals than any other flashlight on the
market today, making it safe for any hazardous environment or condition. The
SabreLite is o-ring sealed with a twist-on shroud and comes with a polarity battery
guard tray that safeguards against dangerous “outgassing” of hydrogen from an
accidentally reversed cell. It is powered by 3 C alkaline cells, submersible, and has
an ABS resin body which resists chemicals, corrosion, and extreme temperatures.
Unlike ordinary flashlights that produce a yellow beam, the SabreLite’s incredibly

Scott’s SEMS™ II accountability system puts the incident commander at every

personnel locator, it provides the peace of mind that a downed or trapped firefighter

SEMS II System functions as a two-way method of communications for all-calls and
