Which Messenger do
you often use?
We have interviewed 30 students, a majority of students use
Msn Messenger and only 3 students use Yahoo Messenger.

I prefer MSN messenger than Yahoo messenger. Many of us
have MSN’s accounts, it is more convenient to send and
receive messages. Moreover, the page setup is more
attractive.
I use MSN messenger because it has voice clip and many
games. There are not many people using Yahoo messenger.
If I use it, I can’t chat with each other.
I use MSN Messenger often. It is because I can chat with
more than two people at one dialogue. I think that MSN
messenger can receive messages faster than Yahoo
messenger.

BitTorrent gives people the chance to publish their favourites conveni
which allows rapid uploading and downloading of video files, and it’s legally
recent years, people always use it illegally to distribute copyrighted movies, prog
video files, software, games, etc.

Why should we care about BT?
Private property right refers to the right of an individual to own a
property, including money, land and also individual inventions
and creations. Private property right should always be aware of
and it ought to be respected and protected for it is the essential
underlying-idea of an individual life. When private property right
is not respected or not sufficiently protected, the individuality of
each person disappears and at last, our liberty will be affected.
Conclusion:
Uploading the copyright work (the seed file) without the
copyright possessor’s permission, no matter it involves the
money benefit or not, it is an attempt crime.
Using the “point-to-point” software to spread the ‘BT Seeds’ on
Internet, as to share the pirated copies with others, harms the
private property rights of the owner of the work. And it
probably breaks the criminal article in “Copyright Rule”
Chapter 118 (1)(F).
