We offer a relaxed, supportive and non-competitive environment that does not require a large time commitment with low coach to student ratios and low fees! Our program is a great accompaniment to other sports as gymnastics is excellent for building strength, coordination, and flexibility while developing body awareness, the foundation of any successful athlete. Our goal is to help children build self-esteem, have fun and to instill positive attitudes that will set the pace for their future athletic development. **Lil Peoples Programs Lil people programs offer a unique and dynamic place for children just starting out. Junior Explorers is organized into ten week sessions. During these weeks the children have the opportunity to express their creativity and learn preschool basics such as letter, color, and shape recognition.
