VARIOVAC Primus, the multifunctional, convenient and approved

The VARIOVAC Primus is a versatile, high capacity machine. Whether your requirement is for semi-rigid or flexible packages, food, non-food or medical
disposables the proven capability of the Primus can offer the right solution for your requirements. The modular construction and the variety of machine widths
give an almost infinite number of packaging options.

A solid frame construction provides the machine base.
There are a large number of extension modules available in both the loading and the cutting-/labelling areas
which result in more than 900 different frame combinations.
Various patented and patent pending specialities
(e.g. top film affixing station - recommended when
using printed top film) offer simple handling of a high
technical standard.
As a reliable and knowledgeable partner we consult
and advise our customers from the inception of a new
packaging concept to the configuration of the correct
packaging machine with the appropriate films or integration of complete packaging lines.

To reduce the delivery times and production costs we
manufacture the basic machines in production runs,
supported by our experience of the most popular
machine sizes.
Separate lifting systems for forming and sealing dies
are autonomously controlled, and guarantee high
performance and more space to integrate additional
components into the machine. If needed the integrated
standard servo drive guarantees highest advance
speed. The connections to peripheral devices
(e.g. labeller, slicer, filling systems etc) are also
standard.

Changes of pack size can be made quickly and
conveniently by the VARIOVAC-specific yoke sealing
plate system and the hinged safety covers.
VARIOVAC thermoformers are noted for their advantage
that they do not consume fresh water for the cooling.
N.B., VARIOVAC were the first manufacture on the
market to integrate the circulation cooling system.
The completely removable side panels offer high
hygienic standards and make the machine easy to
service.

CD - packaging
the VARIOVAC Primus is the ”core” of this packaging line, complete
with dispenser for paper layers and a CD - positioner
MLP is a pack of up to three cold cut layers
which are individually sealed with vacuum
and gas flush. Each layer can be opened
separately.
