Megan, a plus size model for the Wilhelmina agency and innovative
yoga teacher at Kripalu, the largest yoga retreat center in North
America specializing in curve-friendly posture modification. Creator
of the Just My Size Yoga DVD and the author of Megayoga, the first

Nicole is the author of 3 books about the art of cooking and
entertaining: The Backyard Bartender, Secrets From A Caterer’s
Kitchen and Cooking for Company. She leads culinary trips to
exotic locations and teaches cooking at schools like Sur La Table,
Draeger’s and Central Market. Nicole’s new blog, A Conscious
Feast, focuses on a cook’s guide to joyful, mindful entertaining. She
attended La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine in Paris.
Tara is a wife and mom who believes those are the two best, most
fulfilling, most fun gigs she could imagine. She has been publishing
Feels Like Home, since 2007. Tara writes a variety of posts: food
and cooking tips, craft ideas and a myriad of parenting
(mis)adventures to help bring joy to her readers’ lives.
Lisa is a therapist, relationship coach, keynote speaker for ‘Smart
Women Creating Smart Relationships’ and Director of Training
for the Relational Life Institute. Lisa is also the creator of the
Straight Talk on Relationships blog, a guide to love, marriage and
relationship advice. She earned herr Masters Degree in Counseling
Psychology from Pepperdine University in 1991 and has received
her coaching training from Coach University.
