2017 CALENDAR CONTEST!
E
nter a picture of the kitten that has won a place in your heart, so that it may win a place in America’s,
too. Winning photos will appear in color in future calendars. The only limit to the number of
potential winners is the number of days in the year.
RULES
ENTRY FORM: Use the form below. If you wish to enter
more than one kitten, please photocopy the blank form and
fill out a separate form for each photograph. Please submit all
photos in one envelope. Limit five (5) entries per household
per year. See below (DIGITAL IMAGES) for information about
entering electronically.
PHOTOS: Firmly attach a color photograph of your
kitten to the entry form. The picture can be standard
snapshot size or larger. DO NOT STAPLE. DO NOT FOLD
PHOTOGRAPHS. Photographs should not include humans.
DIGITAL IMAGES: Upload your photo at pageaday.com;
see the website for instructions. You may also submit digital
photos on a CD-ROM or flash drive with an accompanying
color printout and an entry form. Please set your camera or
phone to take pictures at its highest resolution and export
them at the largest possible size setting. The file must be at
least 300 dpi for the format of the calendar (width:5.25 inches
or height: 5.25 inches). Limit of five (5) entries per household
per year applies to digital images as well as prints.
IMPORTANT: Write the kitten’s name, your name, address,
and telephone number on a label and attach it to the back of
each photo or printout. (Do not write directly on the back of
the photo.) PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY.
JUDGING: Judges will include members of the Workman
Publishing Co.staff. Winners for the 2017 calendar will be
notified by mail no later than October 31, 2016.
RIGHTS: Photos are not returnable and become the
property of Workman Publishing Co., Inc., which will
have the non-exclusive right, without further notice or
consideration, to use all photos, and license their use, in
future calendars and other publications in any media, and in
related promotion.
RESTRICTIONS: Principals and employees of Workman
Publishing may not enter the contest. The contest is void
where prohibited by law. If you are younger than 18, your
entry form must be signed by a parent or guardian.
