sylt * www.sh-kreuzfahrten.de ®Sylt Marketing_Holger Widera Queen of the North Sea Welcome to Sylt! Known for its diverse landscape, culture, sports and entertainment, the island of Sylt is a 100 sq. km haven for cyclists and convertible drivers, jetsetters and campers, beach lovers and nature explorers. And although the island makes no attempt to please – its simple diversity means there’s something for everyone. This creativity and joie de vivre can be seen both in top events and everyday life: fun on the beach or a great sauna in all kinds of weather, an exciting insight into North Sea life in interactive natural history centres, old churches, captain’s houses and megalithic graves relaying stories of days gone by – embedded in lively idyllic villages with old Frisian houses and blooming gardens.
