Professional foam cutter, model LYNX T1/60, is dedicated to advertising agencies, and

LYNX T1/60 Multitool
LYNX T1/60 MULTITOOL is a reinforced construction
of model LYNX-T1/60, equipped with an additional 3D
milling module. With this solution, this plotter allows
you to cut both in XPS foam (working with hot wire),
and cut through PMMA or PVC, in order to create a
plastic front for styrofoam letters.
LYNX MULTITOOL is the best choice for advertising
agencies, and signage companies. Our LYNX Multitool is a 2 in 1 solution, saving you money and room
in your workshop.
The software is also very easy to work with. You can
prepare projects for cutting and milling at the same
time. In just one click you can switch from hot wire
cutting mode to milling mode.
You can import files from other programs, like Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw. This will make your work
even easier and faster.
The working area for each tool is different: hot wire cutter 1200x600x600mm, milling tool 1000x450x150mm.
How does our LYNX Multitool work? First you cut out
shapes from XPS foam using hot wire, and then in
just 2 minutes, without taking off the wire, you can

LYNX T2
Model LYNX T2 is the most universal. It’s width
(1000mm) allows to use thin wires like 0,25mm, as
well as wires thick up to 0,45mm. This way you can
cut out letters and 3D logos from XPS (styrodur),
as well as 1000mm long molding profiles from
styrofoam: decorative facets, profiles, brackets,
quoins, etc.
Closed, double framed constructon of this model,
made from high class aluminium profiles, provides
the extreme rigidity. LYNX T2 is equipped with precise movement mechanisms based on bearings
and timing belts with steel cord.
This plotter is very easy to operate. Our manual will
take you step by step through a short training, after
which you will easly launch your production.
The milling head is and additional tool, installed on
the machines moving shoulder, instead of straight
cutting. It is possible to install many different milling
tools of different diameters. This gives you a rare opportunity to produce acrytlic and PVC fronts for XPS
letters and logos, as well as 3D wall decorations, reliefs, engraved molding elements, and also forms.

T5, T6 AND T7 – HOT WIRE CUTTERS SERIES FOR LONG ELEMENTS
AND LARGE FORMAT ELEMENTS
LYNX foam plotters, models: T-5, T-6, T-7, are professional, industrial machines, with very wide working
area, and long wire (from 1500mm up to 3000mm).
They are used for mass production of long alements,
mostly: building isolations, molding profiles (decorative facets, profiles, brackets, quoins, etc) , styrofoam pipe casing, constructuion elements etc. This
models are very rigid, thanks to double-framed construction, built on high class specialized aluminium
profiles, reinforced with steel elements. All moving
parts are made on berings. Thanks to this construction solutions, our machines can work fast and are
very precise, at whole points of working area.

matter where you place it, the cutting result will be

We assure you, that after giving machine good settings for the foam and wire, the cutting results will

LYNX PW2
NEW coating PW-2 machine is a machine used to
coat styrosoam and XPS profiles with polimer-cement coating. The coating is done by pushing profile through jacking template. Template must be little
greater than the profile to make perfect coating. The
size of the coat application is controlled only by using
different templates (with more or less slit coating).
Operating the machine can be continuous or intermittent. The rate of overlap in new model is various:
from 0,1 m/min to about 2 m/min – thanks to motor
inverter. Profile width is also adjustable. The range
is from 1 to 25 cm. Size (width) of the feed-chamber
and flood acrylic mass is also controlled in the range
of 15-25 cm. The machine is very light and handy.
Made entirely of aluminum profiles and plates. The
plane of the table is covered with the duraluminium.
Operation of this machine requires only a short training.
LYNX PW2 coating machine is easy to clean up.
The coating mass container is removable. It is easy
to dismantled, clean and refit it. Same with feeding
rolls. All other parts of coating machine are free from
dirt.

LYNX KOLIBER is also necessary, when using coating
machine for foam moldings. It is than used to produced
from plexiglass, side walls for a chamber filled with
mass. In this plexiglass side wall, user can mill a

with coating material (eg. mixed cement plaster). User

LYNX KOLIBER
LYNX KOLIBER is a light 3D router, deditated for
milling and engraving in light materials like styrofoam, but also for milling in plastics, like PVC and
PLEXI. This machine has been made, to be a complementary tool for the LYNX hot wire foam cutters. If
you produce 3D logos from foam, you can use LYNX
KOLIBER to produce acrylic fronts for your logos. If
your company produces foam moldings and architectural elements, LYNX KOLIBER can be used for
engraving complicated decoration in XPS and styrofoam. LYNX KOLIBER is also necessary, when using
coating machine for foam moldings. It is than used to
produced from plexiglass, side walls for a container
filled with mass of .
LYNX KOLIBER is made from a high class aluminium
profiles, and steel elements. All movement mechanisms are based on bearings and timing belts with
steel cord. The Z axis is moveing on a ball screw.

What is a CNC machine worth without proper software? – Not much. That’s why we’ve developed professional, CAD (vector graphic) and CNC (steerage) software, dedicated for our
LYNX foam cutters. TERMCUT is a complete a 2 in1 solution.
TERMCUT is easy to work with. You can import
vectors/objects from other programs like ADOBE
ILLUSTRATOR or CorelDRAW, or make your projects in TERMCUT. Then in just one simple step,
you combine your objects in a single-lined project, and it is ready to be cut on the plotter. To
make your job even easier, Termcut supports you
with several presets ready to use with different
materials.
TERMCUT is compatible with every WINDOWS system, from XP to WIN8.
There are no special requirements for a computer you use. You can make
projects on one computer, and steer from another one, or you can do both
(projects and steerage) from the same computer.

TURN TABLE WITH STYRO 3D SOFTWARE
Turn Table enables you to cut all kinds of 3D objects, both symmetrical (ball, vase, bottle) and asymmetrical (chess horse, car,
sculpture). It is a fully automatic, computer controlled device, used
with all models of LYNX hot wire cutters. You simply place it on
machines table, then you put a block of styrofoam on it, and start
cutting. There are two ways of working with Turn Table – using
straight wire or the shape wire.
STYRO 3D – Import any RAW or STL file from RHINO, BLENDER
or any other 3D software into Styro 3D. It will automatically generate cutting paths for 3D foam object, to be cut using the Turn
Table.
LATHE WITH TURN 3D SOFTWARE
Lathe is and additional, fully automatic accessory for
all LYNX hot wire foam cutters. It is adjusted to the
hight of the machine and enables you to cut all kinds
of round objects like balusters, columns, but also
asymmetrical 3D objects, when working with a milling tool. Lathe consists of two holders, both mounted
on the machines table. You can place them at varying
distances from each other, depending on how long
the cut element is. There are three ways of working
with Turntable - using Lathe and strait wire, Lathe and
shape wire or engraving with Lathe and a milling tool.
TURN 3D - a software generating paths to mill 3D objects, using the Lathe accessory on the LYNX hot wire
foam cutter. Import any RAW or STL file and set the
number of cutting sections. TURN 3D automatically
sets an angle by which the Lathe has to rotate.

ACCESSORIES
SHAPE WIRE
Shape Wire is an additional cutting tool, available with all
models of LYNX hot wire foam cutters. It is used together with
the Turntable and the Lathe, for different results. Shape Wire
is mounted on a machine’s shoulder (horizontally or vertically), instead of a strait wire. It is a very thick hot wire (1mm or
more), which can be bent in all kind of shapes, according to
your needs. With this tool it is possible to cut concave and
convex shapes. The Shape Wire is helpful in mass production, when you want to cut a greater number of equal 3D
objects.
