If an individual cancellation is received 90 – 61 days before departure, the Band will be charged 25% of the individual’s tour fee, in addition to any non-refundable costs set forth by GTG for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual. If an individual cancellation is received 60 – 46 days prior to departure, the Band will be charged 50% of the individual’s tour fee, in addition to any non-refundable costs set forth by GTG for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual. If an individual cancellation is received 45 – 31 days prior to departure, the Band will be charged 75% of the individual’s tour fee, in addition to any non-refundable costs set forth by GTG for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual. There is no refund for an individual cancellation within the last 30 days. Note: GTG must receive written notice of all cancellations and changes.
