Redemption of Hero Points for any related product
and or services are final with no refund or credit
issued. If product is damaged or customer believes
the product to be unsatisfactory, the customer
will notify the vendor company by contacting the
vendor’s customer service number provided in
the shipment or by notifying the vendor company
in writing via email or fax within five (5) business
days of delivery of damaged products. Upon
receipt of this notification, vendor company will
replace any damaged products at no cost to the
Zilis Ambassador or Partner only after damaged
products are returned certified to company.

information along with instructions for returning

Begins with a base of extra virgin organic coconut oil
