airflow behind the windscreen considerably and offers you very good and silent wind protection.

Fog Headlight
Honda Varadero
The fog headlight can be fitted as a single light, or
in a pair. The wide, low fog beam of the 55W halogen allows much safer riding when it is raining or
snowing. The fog light housing matches our Xenon
headlight. The head-lights include a German TÜV
type approval and need not be registered.

Kaoko Cruise Control
Mechanical Cruise Control
The original by the South African inventor! The
Kaoko Cruise Control replaces the original handlebar end weights. The anti-slip knurled screw secures
the accelerator in position. Thanks to the continuous
adjustment, the accelerator can also be fix. This
item is illegal in road traffic in Germany and could
be dangerous if used incorrectly. We are unable to
accept any responsibility for it. Used at the owner’s/
rider’s own risk.

Transparent Yoke Protector
Honda Varadero
Replaces the black plastic yoke protector which
is part of the lower fairing. We have noticed that
‘transparency’ is needed. With this transparent yoke
protector you can see the front wheel which makes
handling your motorcycle much easier.

Oil Filler Plug
Honda Varadero
Replaces the original oil filler plug. Protects against
theft and misuse as this plug can only be removed
using the 7mm Allen key (provided). CNC turned,
polished aluminium.

Sump Guard
Honda Varadero
The stock engine protector on the Varadero does
not protect the bottom part of the motorcycle. When
riding on non-sealed or gravel roads, there are
always stones protruding from the ground. Driving
over rocks by mistake, may even cause serious damage. We are proud to sell best engine protection.
The exhaust pipe is well protected. The original
plastic guard is retained.

The shocks were developed for traction, comfort, dynamic safety, reliability and light weight.
Every shock has been test driven with Tou
ratech customers in mind. The shocks have been succesfully tested on durability 4 times stricter than the original

Tank Bag

The further development of our proven tank bag now
offers an additional reflective elastic strap on the side
which can be used to hold e.g. your gloves during a
short stop. Reinforcements in the side walls keep the
tank bag absolutely in shape even when not full.
The further details:
- Capacity approx. 18 litres, expandable to approx.
25 litres by opening the zipper
- Two new side pockets with 2-way zippers and
optimised form. This prevents accidental actuation of the turn flashers or horn when turning the
handlebar.
- Sturdy carrying handle
- Two straps supplied with the bag allow it to be used
as a rucksack
- Map pocket (28 x 32 cm) attached to the bag by
Velcro fasteners
- Attached to the tank by snap closures for quick

Tail Rack Bag

This versatile tail rack bag for the powerful Honda
enduro bikes offers 13 litres of carrying capacity.
It is tailored to the small tail rack and fixed to the
rack hooks using four straps. An additional strap
holds the tail rack bag in place when carrying high
loads. The bag features a closed-cell foam base for
non-slip, limpet attachment.
A circular zip expands the bag to approx. 22 litres
of capacity.

ZEGA Pro Aluminium Pannier System
Honda Varadero until 2006
The aluminium pannier system again has a very robust construction. We have tried to bring the pannier
racks and the panniers as close as possible to the motorcycle. Numerous tests have already been performed
in order to ensure that the entire development satisfies the required demands. The rack is made of 18 mm
steel tubing and is attached to existing mounting points. Pillion comfort not restricted in any way.
Delivery schedule of the system:
- 2 aluminium panniers ZEGA Pro, premounted
- 1 pannier rack including mounting hardware
