Trail Facts
The Sugar River State Trail -
Connects 4 towns - New Glarus, Monticello, Albany and Brodhead - over
23 miles of trail. Bikes are available for rent from trail headquarters
in New Glarus, which also serves as the New Glarus Chamber of
Commerce office.
The Badger Trail -
Runs from north of Belleville, WI to the Illinois line where it joins the
Jane Addams trail to Freeport, IL. When completed, the trail will run
from Freeport to Madison - over 53 miles of trail. It intersects the Sugar
River Trail just east of Monticello, and passes through the historic 1200-ft.
