2014 Important Updates
Incentive Rates
• SCORE/CitySmart incentive rates went up (from $194/kW
to $200/kW)
• SCORE/CitySmart Lite is a new option for customers who
do not need the program support ($250/kW)
• Some K-12 qualify for $325/kW based on size of
institution
• Commercial Solutions incentives are unchanged

Lighting Measures
• Last year to receive incentives for replacing T12 linear
fluorescents!
• Screw-in CFLs are no longer eligible for incentives
• Outdoor lighting is still a great opportunity

Incentive Reservation
Project Application Form (PAF)
• A PAF must be fully executed to reserve incentives
 PAF must include:
 Estimated start / completion date and 50% milestone date
 Full scope of work
 Address of building where project will take place
 ESI ID
 Partner contact information, signature, initials and date
Pre-inspection / plans evaluation must be done to estimate
kW/kWh and incentives before PAF becomes valid

Diminishing Funding
• Funding levels will diminish throughout the year
• Get your projects completed early in the Program year
Partner must notify Account Leads of any scope
changes
Partners must provide notice if a completion date
