GATE GUIDELINES
We enforce the following gate guidelines to keep our guests safe and provide an enjoyable experience. All guests must have a grandstand
ticket regardless of age or the proper approved credential.
What you should bring: The following items are allowed inside the admission gates. The University of Kansas Hospital, the
Official Healthcare Provider of Kansas Speedway, recommends you check the weather and plan ahead for raceday!

**Lawn Chairs are only allowed in the infield on GRAND-AM weekend. Lawn Chairs will not be allowed in the Turn 1 Terrace.

X Flag Poles (these block the sight lines of guests around you)
X Folding chairs
X No thermoses, hard-sided coolers or non-clear Insulated cups
All items are subject to inspection upon entry and are subject to additional inspection within the stadium. Any item(s) deemed to be
an obstruction to other spectators will be restricted or removed. Kansas Speedway is not responsible for restricted item(s) left at the
admission gates.
No smoking in the grandstands or infield bleacher seats: In consideration of the comfort of all ticket
holders we ask for your cooperation. The designated smoking section is located on the concourse level. Violators of this
policy will be ejected from the speedway.
Kansas Speedway is unable to duplicate tickets and is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, destroyed, or forgotten tickets. If the event is postponed,
the ticket for the postponed event will, as determined by Kansas Speedway, be honored on the date the event is held. Date and time is subject to change
by Kansas Speedway and/or sanctioning body.

• Due to the volume of vehicles arriving at the Speedway on raceday, expect delays.
• Pedestrians cannot cross State Avenue during pre and post-race traffic. ADA: It is required to have a state-issued license or windshield hang tag with state-issued ID for ADA parking.
NASCAR WEEKEND
• Prior to race - Contact the ticket office at 866.460.7223 to arrange ADA seating.
• Race Day
Contact dispatch at 913.328.5100 for golf carts or ambulatory vans for guests that need assistance.
Guests may use their personal wheelchair while on property or contact the KCK Chamber of Commerce for rentals.
Elevators in the Suite Tower are reserved for disabled guests seated in upper-200 levels.
TTY machines for hearing impaired guests are available free of charge at Ticket Booth B.
GRAND-AM WEEKEND
• ADA Tickets are the same as General Admission tickets for GRAND-AM weekend. Have your ADA tag visible when you enter our property and you will be directed to ADA Parking. A Tram will be available to transport ADA Guests into the infield.

NASCAR Race Weekend SPRINT FANWALK – Already have your NASCAR tickets? Add
Sprint FanWalk tickets for $15 to get drivers’ autographs, watch cars go through tech inspection, watch the pole
award presentation, visit Gatorade Victory Lane before the race and so much more.
GRAND-AM race weekend Paddock Pass
Already have your GRAND-AM nfield GA ticket? Add a Paddock Pass for an additional $15 for garage access to see the Ferraris,
Porsches and other sports cars, and watch the race from Cold Pit Road.
SEASON TICKETHOLDER NASCAR SUNDAY TRACK PASS
Season Ticketholders get infield access on Sunday with their Track Pass. Get front row access to the pre race concert and driver
introductions, sign the start finish line, get up close to pit road and more.
MIDWAY DISPLAYS - Located outside the Grandstand gates
Get to the track early all weekend to check out merchandise from your favorite drivers. Stop by the SPEED stage to see if they are filming LIVE or visit the Racing 101 booth to take your photo with the Kansas Speedway showcar, try out our simulators, learn new facts about racing, and enter to win prizes!
