PROJECT PROFILE
Due to our successful completion of their first restaurant, Granfalloon hired Bowden Contracting to complete their
second facility, this time however on a Design/Build basis. We developed a preliminary floor plan and worked
extensively on the design while utilizing feedback from the owner. Construction was completed in less than four
months time allowing the Granfalloon to open for the busy summer season.
