Unleash the potential of your Nytro by bolting on an additional 65 HP with the PUSH TURBO kit. PUSH TURBO kits are designed to run on premium pump gas and offer significant performance gains across the powerband. Units are engineered
to be light weight, quick spooling and ultra reliable. The Nytro makes 198 HP properly set up at 8 psi of boost. Kits can
be set up for any elevation. The PUSH TURBO kit is specifically calibrated to work in tandem with the Yamaha fuel injection system components for optimum engine performance and running quality. It fits perfectly within the chassis and has an
exceptional fit and finish. Additionally, the system includes a clutch kit calibrated to provide excellent torque transfer to the

BMP Sheave Clamp Tool - $12.95
This sheave clamp tool is available for Arctic Cat and Polaris models. This tool holds the
moveable sheave on the primary clutch.This allows you remove the weights without having
to remove the cover, or the clutch. Handy tool is a great combo with our Goldstar magnetic
adjustable clutch weights, or your Stage 2 Clutch Kit! See page 109 for a part number.

Our Goldstar adjustable clutch weights are taking over! We developed a weight that is easy to use and easy to tune. This
weight kit allows for easy set up because magnets are used instead of fasteners. No thread lock needed, just a quick snap
in the recessed hole and your done! We have developed what we believe is a far superior ramp profile giving you the best
performance possible for your application. Many weights come bare and will rust over time. These weights all come zinc
plated making them look nicer and last longer. Choose the right weights for your make and model below.

Here at BMP, we are not easy on belts! We do rigorous clutch
testing and push our machines to the extreme. Finding a good
belt, with close to stock, or at a more fair price than stock isnt
easy! Dayco delivered with these XTX belts. Most models a
slight performance gain has been seen when doing back to
back testing with stock belts. On the Z1 turbo and E-Tec 800
models significant improvements in performance were shown
aswell as much lower clutch temps!

These are one-piece forged precision ground, lite weight gears for your Diamond Drive sled! A wide variety of ratios available, non-reverse(‘04,’05, ‘06 and ‘09) and reverse(‘07-’08). The transfer gears are one piece forged(not welded as OE
04-08) with 5 window openings to provide superior splash lubrication to the rear bearings of the gears which gives longer

America. The stud bodies are constructed from hardened military grade stainless steel so you know they are built to last.
These snowmobile studs are designed with a two-step inert gas heat treatment process. This allows for a 30% increase in
abrasion resistance and a 25% increase in bend resistance to better provide you with the traction you need. Extreme Max
snowmobile studs also feature an 80 degree carbide insert tip which provides ultra-high impact and abrasion resistance.

RTS Icemasters Screw-In Track Studs
SNOWMOBILERS: With our Icemaster Screw-In Track Studs you can get lateral traction, acceleration and braking for your
sled without drilling your track. The large 70 degree carbide tips really dig in. They’re the largest in the industry and will
last for several seasons. Icemasters are easy to install – they screw into the top of the lug for best bite and they require no
drilling. Installation takes less than 1 hour and requires only a 5/16 socket and cordless drill. With today’s high profile
tracks, push-thru studs have to be longer and heavier which increases their cost, weight and rotating mass. The increased
weight also increases the stress on the track. Because they’re so long, push-thru’s flex more. Our Icemasters, mounted on

V-Force 3 Reed Cages
Moto Tassinari’s V-Force 3 Reed Valve System features a patent pending reed tip shape that accelerates the air mixture
over the reed tips for even more airflow and horsepower. Applying this technology to their already incredibly successful double v-block reed cage design, which doubles the reed tip surface area allowing more airflow with less reed petal
movement, theV-Force 3 increases efficiency throughout the entire powerband.This results in explosive acceleration, sharper throttle response, improved fuel economy and significant horsepower gains. Reed Valve Kits include complete cages with
pedals, stops and gaskets.
These kits save weight and substantially reduce under hood height by eliminating large plastic air boxes and hardware
that the OEM uses. This frees up under hood space and increases air flow through the engine compartment. All kits use a
snow cone air filter that is shaped like a velocity stack. This increases airflow to the engine giving it an increase in throttle
response and top end HP. The kit also properly mounts the intake sensors giving the engine proper tuning without having to
re-jet or re-map the fuel system.

Cometic 2 Stroke Top End Gasket Kits
High quality top end gaskets sets made by Cometic meet or exceed the OEM specs.
We recommend using new gaskets any time you tear your top end apart. Ski-Doo
800 owners beware when taking your stock cylinder off. The stock gasket will
have a certain amount of holes in the front of it. These holes represent the gasket
thickness and need to be considered when purchasing new gaskets. 5 and 6 hole
gaskets would take the 0.6mm thickness kit, while 7 & 8 hole gaskets would take the
0.8mm thickness kit. Not sure which one you had/have? Go with the thicker 0.8mm
version. This version is most commonly found on the E-Tec 800 models. Not finding

Power Commander 5
The Power Commander V from DynoJet is the latest in EFI control technology, giving you full EFI tuning capability for your fuel
injected snowmobile. It allows a fuel map to be built with input points at 10 different throttle positions and in 250 RPM increments. This provides much more adjustability than other boxes on the market, allowing us to create fuel maps that optimize
performance and fuel economy for specific combinations. BMP’s fuel maps can be preprogrammed into the controller for true
plug and play capability. For the experienced tuner, the controller comes with a computer link cable and software for custom
mapping capabilities. No wiring modifications required (OEM style connectors are supplied) and no permanent changes are
made to your stock system. The Power Commander 5 also allows you to use the Auto Tune module to create a fine tuned custom map for your sled while riding! Combine this with the LCD screen to monitor air/fuel ratio’s and much more!

Once installed, the Auto Tune kit monitors the fuel mixture (by installing

Boondocker Control Boxes
Back in the day we used to do modifications to our machines and change carburetor jetting to dial in the fuel. When the
new fuel injected machines came out we knew those days were over and we had to figure out how to tune the fueling
before we could do any other modifications. So we developed the Control Box, this electronic modules plugs into the stock
fuel system and makes changes based on the settings selected on the module. By being able to precisely control the fueling
on any modern fuel injected machine we have opened the door to any form of modification that requires different fuel
tuning. The Control Box has the ability to both add and subtract fuel without the use of a laptop. Some Control Boxes are
equipped with 3D Tuning that allows users to control fuel based on rpms, boost and throttle position. Control Boxes are
available for turbo, nitrous and naturally aspirated applications.

Boondocker Arctic Cat Proclimb 800 Turbo Kit
The BoonDocker turbo kit for the Proclimb M800 comes with all the unique features that are standard on all BoonDocker
turbo kits. A Garret 2860 turbo fits in place of the stock muffler and is lubricated by a self-contained oil system with a
vented no-spill oil tank. Boost is fed to the throttle bodies through an extruded aluminum intercooler and a tubular torque
building air box. The machine is fueled using auxiliary fuel injectors controlled by the Control Box. The Control Box features
3D tuning that allows the user to tune the machine based on boost, rpm and throttle position. Turbo boost is adjustable at
the touch of a button using the Electronic Boost Controller, for this season the EBC is equipped with a TPS Smart feature that
matches boost to throttle position. By synchronizing boost to throttle position the EBC controls boost so there is always boost
when the throttle is opened and over-boost at part throttle is prevented. As with all BoonDocker turbo kits this kit comes
pre-assembled and with clutching components for simple installation.

that takes off a true11 lbs (07’-08’) 4lbs (09’) of unwanted weight.
This system completely replaces your heavy stock reverse case and
comes with our new one piece light weight forged transfer and input
gears. Also we now give you our case with our exclusive oil dipstick
so you can now check your oil level and see your oil condition immediately. Our V-cast process gives our case billet strength. These
cases have been tested up to 350 HP. We have also increased the
oil capacity by 25% to give you more oil protection. There are no
modifications to the chassis at all, it is a direct bolt in conversion. Will
require our Lightweight trackshaft (P/N 50040). Also available with
Hi-Torq gears ; please call.

The TSS Bench Tool is the most versatile secondary clutch disassembly tool in the industry. The TSS Bench Tool works with the older Arctic Cat roller clutch and the new
Diamond Drive secondary clutch. It also works with the older Polaris /Team keyway

BMP Full Velocity ATV/UTV Exhaust Systems
Our exhaust systems have been known to put down the most horsepower and torque in the industry. These pipes are engineered on the dyno to give you the most power possible with a great growl, yet not obnoxiously loud. Most exhaust systems
are available in standard black, ceramic chrome, or ceramic black finish. We recommend a ceramic coating because it
holds the heat hin the pipe, acting as a heat shield. This is very important with UTV’s especially as they get so hot under the
bed. Optional quiet cores, spark arrestors, and gaskets are available for most models. The RZR 900 models have an optional quiet cap for one muffler outlet and allow the use of one, or two factory spark arrestors. This allows you to go from
beast to stealth mode in seconds!

Most kits come with adjustable weights which are very important for a few reasons. Adjustable weights allow you to precisely fine tune your machine and compensate for altitude or other modifications you do down the road. Not
only that but the superior ramp angle on these custom weights gives your machine the extra kick in the pants to leave the
others in the dust! Many of our include a Team TAS-03 roller secondary clutch, models that do not include this clutch have it
on the machine already. The TAS-03 clutch is a much better clutch than the cheap one Polaris decided to put on many models. It allows quicker, smoother, and more consistant shifts. It also allows us to change out the helix and spring which is critical

BMP Billet RZR/Ranger Throttle Body - $419.95
This throttle body is machined from billet aluminum with a port for your 3rd injector
on turbo, or big motor builds. Not only that, but it is taper bored 6mm larger than
the stock size throttle body which will improve power on even your slightly modified
RZR. Some disassembly of your stock throttle body, and assembly of the new one is
required. Oversize intake manifold, or porting of your stock intake manifold is also

This is a hand built USA radiator that takes the place of the stock radiator, taking it from
a 1 core 1 pass radiator to a 3 core 2 pass radiator. This radiator increases cooling

all the stock hookups. That’s right, stock hoses, stock fan, stock wiring. That means you
can more than double your cooling without reducing the reliability of a stock fan, hoses

Send us your stock ECU and we can raise the rev limit and/or remove the speed limiter.
The stock speed limiter kicks in at 77mph when your machine has much more potential. On
a stock machine we can see upper 80’s and on a turbo or big bore we can see mid to upper 90’s!!! Please let us know all specifics about machine and if it has EPS when ordering.

Power Commander 5
Our Bolt-On Performance kits take your ATV or UTV from mild to wild! We package all of the biggest gains together,
giving you the most bang for your buck. Exhaust and intake modifications are important to gain horsepower, but you have
nothing if that horsepower is not clutched correctly. We have specific clutch setups that come with these kits, meant to gain
the most possible wheel horsepower with modifications. We can set the clutching up for any riding application and tire size.
Power Commander 5’s are all ignition units with higher rev limits, and come pre-programmed. Please specify year and
exact model when ordering. All RZR kits work on 2 seat and 4 seat models. You just cannot beat our horsepower gains for
simple bolt-on parts! Every RZR/Sportsman should have one of these kits! Please go online or call for even more kit options.
The Power Commander V from DynoJet is the latest in EFI control technology, giving you full
EFI tuning capability for your fuel injected ATV/UTV. It allows a fuel map to be built with
input points at 10 different throttle positions and in 250 RPM increments. This provides much
more adjustability than other boxes on the market, allowing us to create fuel maps that
optimize performance and fuel economy for specific combinations. BMP’s fuel maps can be
preprogrammed into the controller for true plug and play capability. For the experienced
tuner, the controller comes with a computer link cable and software for custom mapping
capabilities. No wiring modifications required (OEM style connectors are supplied) and no
permanent changes are made to your stock system. The Power Commander 5 also allows
you to use the Auto Tune module to create a fine tuned custom map for your sled while riding! Combine this with the LCD screen to monitor air/fuel ratio’s and much more!

Our complete big bore has everything you need to turn your stock RZR 900 XP into a dirt shredding monster! This kit comes
with everything to take your 875cc stock machine to the next level of performance. We start off by boring and plating
your cylinders to 96mm making your machine 935cc’s. Then add our German made high quality forged Wossner pistons.
Next we do our professional cylinder head porting to help all those extra CC’s breathe. In addition to porting, we help this
motor breathe with our custom cut high performance stage 1 cams. Don’t forget the exhaust! We set you up with either our

BMP RZR 800 82mm Big Bore Kit - $795
Increase your horsepower and torque with this big bore kit from BMP! We bore out your stock cylinders to 82mm, and
send you on your way with a Cometic gasket kit. The extremely high quality forged Wossner pistons are available in
either a 12:1, 10.5:1 or 9:1 compression ratios. 12:1 compression requires 110 race fuel, 10.5:1 requires only pump
gas, and the 9:1 would be for turbo machines. This is an exchange cylinder program, however you may purchase the kit
outright for only $350 extra! Head porting and our high performance camshaft are very good options for this kit. For
the best performance results go with our complete big bore kit. This includes everything you need to make your stock RZR
