2017 PACKAGE BOATS PROGRAM
1. This program covers Yamaha Power matched packages, and Xpress boat, trailer packages on
invoices dated 08-01-16 to 07-31-17.
2. Dealer must purchase at least $75,000 to be considered a Level 1 Dealer.

Free Floor Pricing Xpress will pay interest for 270 days from date of invoice through
any of the approved finance companies. To qualify for early
pay-off rebates, dealer must fulfill at least Level 1 by 12-15-2016.
Dealer will be rebated a percentage of the invoice according
to the finance company pay-off date at the following rates.

fulfilling at least Level 1 by 12-15-2016.
Cash Pricing 8% Cash Discount - (Level 1-Level 3) Dealer makes wire transfer of funds prior
to boats leaving Xpress.
5% Cash Discount - For Dealers not fulfilling at least Level 1 by 12-15-2016.
3. Any dealer that buys on at least Level 1 will be allowed to purchase packages at the 8%
cash price or 8% Dealer Pays Interest price.
4. Jon Boats - There will be one order period where a dealer can place a stocking jon boat order and
take an additional 6% off the jon boat pricing. Any order that is a full truckload of jons
will be shipped to that dealer freight free for the first 500 miles. (Truck must be completely full, if
we can add a boat you must take it.) Any dealer who places an order of at least 6 jon boats will be
allowed to purchase engines for these boats at the jon boat stocking dealer net price for the
remainder of the model year. Also, jon boats in bold on page 29 can be purchased at an additional 6%
discount for the remainder of the model year. Engine and trailer prices are net and no other discounts
apply. They do however count toward the fulfillment of your volume commitment.
Fall Stocking order period 08-01-2016 to 9-15-2016 for delivery by 12-15-2016
This will be the only time we will except orders for Jon Boats. After this time
period the only Jons that will be sold is what is in Xpress' inventory at that time.

5. The dealer must have a committed line of credit exclusively for the purchase of Xpress with a
participating finance company.
6. Freight - The dealer will be required to pay freight at time of delivery.
- Full Truckload @ $3.30/ mile.
- Hot Shot - 1 or 2 boats @ $2.00/mile
7. Parts - No parts or accessories are covered by this program and payment for them must be made
before delivery by either Credit Card or Wire Transfer. We no longer allow any open accounts
for parts.
8. Dealer Pickup - When you place an order for your boats to be picked up, you will be notified upon
their completion. You will have 5 days from date of completion to pick up your orders. If you fail to
pick up during that 5 day period, you will be issued a 1% service charge. Each additional 15 day
period the order is not picked up will also receive an additional 1% charge.
9. Changes & Cancellations. All orders must be faxed to (501) 262-2961.
When the order is entered into our system, you will be sent an order confirmation. If we do not
hear from you in 48 hours, your order will be considered correct. If any changes or cancellations
are made after the 48 hour period, there will be a 3% administration fee added to each order.
There will be no exceptions. Any order that is cancelled after production has started will be
assessed a 15% cancellation fee.
10. Payment for parts or accessories must be made before delivery. We accept Visa and MC
for payment of parts invoices.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the content in this book, but there may still be errors.

2017 MARKETING FUNDS PROGRAM
Boat Shows
You will be paid to display current year model Xpress packages at qualified boat shows
at the following rates. Xpress will pay up to 50% of the square footage of the booth space that is occupied
by Xpress products. You must obtain pre approval of the booth display and models carried prior to the show.
See your sales rep to fill out the boat show claim form for reimbursement.

Demo Program
Each dealer is allowed to purchase one demo boat per year at an additional 6% discount off of the boat.
The boat must be purchased by wire transfer. The dealer is required to have the demo boat(s) in their
dealership a minimum of 6 months. During that time, each boat must have a minimum of (10) demo rides.
Once each ride is completed, the dealer must have the customer fill out the Xpress Boats Demo Survey.
The deadline to turn in the surveys is July 6, 2017. If the dealer fails to comply with these terms, the
demo boat(s) will be re-billed at full price.
THE LAST DAY TO PURCHASE A DEMO BOAT IS DECEMBER 15, 2016.
ALL BOATS MUST DISPLAY UPGRADE PACKAGES.
Government Purchase and Camp Program
A dealer can purchase boats for these marketing opportunities at an additional 4% discount
The dealer must submit a written request stating how this idea will help grow their business with
Xpress Boats. List where the boat will be used and send a copy of the P.O. from the agency.
You must be at least a Level 1 dealer to qualify for the marketing funds program
Boats purchased under the marketing program do not qualify for any other discounts or rebates.
They do not count toward your volume commitment. These programs are designed to help grow your
business by increasing your marketing exposure.

SHIPPING PROCEDURES
When you receive a shipment from Xpress Boats, you must check the load to see that you
have received your complete order. If any items are missing from your load, you must
detail these items on the driver’s checklist. Please refer to the “Damages - Shortages Back Orders section for a more detailed description of procedures.
If your boats come to you stacked, it is your responsibility to un-stack and inspect each boat
prior to signing off on the checklist. If the boats are not un-stacked and inspected when
delivered, Xpress Boats will not be liable for any missing or damaged parts.
Although Xpress Boats does not warranty products made by other manufacturers, a part
found to be defective on an unsold boat after delivery, (typically during dealer prep) may be
replaced by Xpress Boats at no charge. See item #15 of “Warranty Claim Guidelines” for
procedure. If your customer has already picked up the boat, he must contact the
manufacturer directly.
If your load requires a double hitch to pull two trailers, and you cannot supply one, you will
be charged $200.00 for use of one of our double hitches. This charge will be added to your
invoice. A credit will be issued when the hitch is returned to the factory. Stands used to stack
boats will be billed at $500.00
ANY DEALER PICKING UP BOATS WHO WANT PARTS ALSO, MUST FAX A PARTS ORDER IN
AHEAD OF TIME SO PARTS WILL BE READY WITH THE LOAD.
Dealer Pickup. There will no longer be a charge per boat for dealer pick-ups.
However, when you place an order for your boats to be picked up, you will be notified upon their completion
and invoiced immediately. You will have 5 days from date of invoice to pick up your orders.
If you fail to pick-up during that 5 day period, you will be issued a 1% service charge.
Each additional 15 day period will also receive additional 1% service charges.
Once you are notified that your boats are ready for pick-up, please schedule a pick-up time with our
shipping manager. Our goal is for you and your driver to be in and out in a short period of time. Please
do not make any last minute changes and keep the appointment time that you set. If you make arrangements
for your boats to be picked up by someone other than an employee of your business, Xpress must have a copy
of your insurance coverage of this shipment as well as a letter stating that this person is your authorized agent.
Please be informed about your liabilities when you use a contract hauler to pick up your boats.

DAMAGES-SHORTAGES-BACKORDERS
Our warranty procedure does not apply to damages that may occur while your boats and/or
trailers are in transit. Also, it does not apply to shortages which occur because items were
back ordered or accidentally left off the boat when loaded. Our process to check boats and
shipments entails:
A. A quality control inspection as the products are being loaded
for shipment. A checklist of all parts, including special order
parts and packages, is completed for each boat.
B. The forms are carried by our driver to your dealership along
with your load.
C. At the time the boats are unloaded, it is your responsibility to
thoroughly inspect your shipment for damage and shortages.
If there is a problem, inform the driver, and he will contact
Xpress Boats. Any problems must be noted on that boat’s
checklist. Prior to the driver leaving your facility the driver and
your representative must call Bobby Bittinger to report
any shortages or damages to a delivery, where the total dollar
amount in question is over $250.00. Once your
inspection is complete, an authorized representative
of your dealership must sign the checklist to accept
the load. Our driver will also sign the sheets and return
the original to our office. You may make copies for files after
signing. XPRESS BOATS ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY
FOR THE CONTENTS OF THE LOAD AFTER DELIVERY
HAS BEEN MADE AND APPROVED.
D. Upon the driver’s return to the factory, your checklist is
forwarded to our accounts receivable department. When the
invoice is paid, all damages, shortages and back orders are
noted and our parts and shipping departments are notified.
Items needed to make repairs or backordered will
be shipped immediately. Remaining items will be
shipped when they are received.
Loads picked up at the plant will be inspected by our quality control inspector and the
driver prior to leaving. The dealer's driver must note any problems at this time. Either
the problem will be corrected at that time, or other arrangements will be made. Once
the load is accepted, the driver must sign the checklist prior to departure.
Xpress will stack your boats when necessary as a courtesy to you. However, Xpress will
not be responsible for any damages incurred during transit to your dealership. We would
suggest your driver bring straps to help secure the load. We would also suggest your
driver check the load periodically on his/her return to your facility.
When inquiring about any item, please have the invoice number and any pertinent serial
numbers available. Please do not make any changes on the invoice. If there is an error on
the invoice, please call our accounts receivable department. They will investigate your
problems and issue credit if necessary.
Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of our records, we too make
mistakes. This is why it is so important to check your load thoroughly and note any
discrepancies.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURES
1. You, the dealer, must be familiar with the terms of Xpress Boats' warranty.
Please review the warranty with your customer at the time of sale. We cannot
stress enough the importance of your customer completely understanding the
terms of this warranty. This warranty covers the original boat owner only.
Transfer can only be made within 30 days of sale to 2nd owner. They must
pay a dealer to inspect the boat and pay Xpress the proper transfer fee.
2. The warranty card must be completed by the owner and returned to Xpress Boats
within thirty (30) days from the original purchase date. It is your responsibility to
see that this card has been completed by the customer and returned to us. NO
CLAIMS WILL BE CONSIDERED, APPROVED OR PAID UNLESS THE
WARRANTY CARD, WITH THE ORIGINAL OWNER’S DATE OF
PURCHASE, HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND FILED.
3. Pre-Authorization must be requested prior to any work being done
under warranty. You must contact our Warranty Manager for approval to begin
work. You will be issued an approval number and shipped any needed parts.
Please have the boat owner’s name, boat serial number and date of purchase ready
when you call.
4. Claims less than $100 will not need pre-authorization unless sublet repairs
are made. Claims over $100 must have authorization from Xpress Boats. An
estimate of parts and labor will be required when requesting pre-authorization.
5. All written claims or estimates must be completely detailed. This list must
contain material costs, labor charges, including sub-contracting, and any other
items which may incur additional costs. Failure to take these steps may result in
a delay or denial of payment. Please note that it is our policy to replace parts
used on our boats in lieu of reimbursement. In nearly all cases, a part will
be sent to replace your stock.
6. Warranty claims must be received by Xpress Boats within thirty (30) days of the
completion of work. A copy of your repair/service order must be attached to a
fully completed copy of the enclosed warranty claim form and mailed to: Xpress
Boats, 199 Extrusion Place, Hot Springs, AR 71901, ATTN: Warranty Department.
Your claim cannot be processed without a completed claim form. If a repair/
service order is received without a warranty claim form, it will be mailed back to
you unpaid until the claim form has been completed.
7. Xpress Boats will pay your posted Shop Labor Rate provided we have this rate on
file. If no Labor Rate has been provided by you, Xpress will pay at the rate of
$45 per hour.
8. Warranty Claims for products not manufactured by Xpress Boats (i.e. trailers, trolling
motors, depth finders, etc.) must be filed directly with that product’s manufacturer.
Only when that avenue has been completely exhausted should you contact Xpress
Boats with non-boat related repair problems.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURES
9. Xpress Boats has conducted extensive research and testing of our NEW
Xtreme Coat liner. We believe it meets the high quality standards of
our products. Xtreme Coat is applied during the paint process, and therefore
is not covered under our limited warranty.
10. BackTrack Trailers warranty claims are the only exception
to section #8. Claims may be filed through Xpress Boats'
Warranty Department. However, you must use a copy of the enclosed
“BackTrack” warranty claim form. Guidelines for filing a claim with
“BackTrack” are the same as those for Xpress Boats.
11. If it is determined that a boat must be returned to the factory for repairs,
you must first request return authorization. To do this, contact our
Warranty Department. Please advise your customer that transporting boats
to the factory on one of our trucks is done as a courtesy, and for that
reason, they will be shipped only as space is available. We cannot
guarantee pick up and delivery times or if the customer will have to meet
our truck at a different location. Please refer to the first paragraph of our
warranty for more details concerning the customer’s shipping obligations.
12. Prior to shipping, all personal belongings and gasoline must be removed
from the boat. Xpress Boats will not be responsible for personal belongings
left in the boat at any time (either during shipping or at the factory).
13. Although commercial boats and models with full seat live boxes are not
covered under warranty, Xpress Boats will grant a thirty (30) day grace
period from the date of purchase to correct any hull problems.
14. Our boats are covered by a Limited Lifetime Transferable
Warranty on the hull and transom seam welds.
15. If a defective part needs to be returned to the factory, the following
procedure must be followed:
A. Contact our Parts Department for a return authorization.
B. All returned parts must be accompanied with a fully completed
copy of the parts return form. A copy of this form is enclosed
in this section.
C. If the replacement part is sent to your dealership prior to the
defective part being returned to the factory, your account will
be charged for the NEW part. When we have received the
defective part, your account will be credited for the cost of the
returned part.
D. DO NOT deduct any amount from our invoice. If you have
credit due, it will be issued.

TRANSFERABLE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Terms of Limited Basic Warranty Coverage:
AlumaWeld/Xpress warrants to the original purchaser that each NEW Xpress boat is free from defects in
workmanship and materials under normal operating conditions. During the warranty period, Xpress will repair or replace parts that are
found to be defective in original material or workmanship which shall be Xpress’ sole obligation. This basic warranty is for a period of
5 years from date of original purchase and applies only to boats sold through an authorized Xpress dealer.
Terms of Limited Lifetime Warranty Coverage:
Xpress will structurally warrant all transom and hull seam welds for the lifetime of the boat, with all
repairs made under this warranty to be performed at Xpress’ plant in Hot Springs, AR.
Limitations:
All equipment not manufactured by Xpress, including but not limited to: lights, pumps, hardware, steering systems, seats,
windshields, carpet, and other equipment, are not covered under this limited warranty and are the responsibility of the respective
manufacturer of same.
This Limited Warranty Does Not Apply To:
1. Damages resulting from:
a) Misuse, negligence, accident, overpowering, overloading, improper trailering, alterations, or
commercial use.
b) Use of boat in competitive events.
c) Repairs or attempted repairs not authorized by Xpress.
d) Dealer or customer installation of equipment or accessories.
2. Paint, lettering and decals, Xtreme coat, including but not limited to adhesion, fading, or discoloration.
3. Normal customer maintenance items (i.e. screws, nuts, bolts, etc.)
4. Failures of repairs made outside of the Xpress plant.
5. Transportation to and from dealer or factory for warranty repairs, including but not limited to towing
expense and loading/unloading expense.
There are no other warranties express or implied, made with regard to the sale of any Xpress boat including the IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose that may nevertheless exist is limited in duration to a period of five years from the date of original purchase, which only applies to the
original retail customer as specified above for noncommercial use. No warranties are made for commercial use of Xpress boats. Under no
circumstances shall Xpress be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
OWNER’S REGISTRATION REQUIRED: This limited warranty is valid from the date of purchase only if the printed owner’s registration card is
completed, signed and mailed to Xpress within thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase. No warranties are provided unless such
registration card is completed and returned within thirty days.
OTHER RIGHTS: This limited warranty gives the original purchaser specific legal rights, and other rights may also be available which vary from
state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Xpress fully stands behind the
coverage of this statement of limited warranty, and encourages you to contact Xpress or your dealer if you should have any questions. The
warranty registration card must be completed within 30 days and mailed to Xpress.
Owner's Responsibility for Warranty Remedies:
Return boat to selling dealer for verification of warranty issue. Any authorized dealer may make warranty repairs.
However, the selling dealer has the primary responsibility of making warranty repairs. All questions concerning
warranty claims or repairs should be processed through the selling dealer.
Transfer of Warranty:
Boat must be returned to an Authorized Xpress Dealer for a maintenance inspection prior to transfer. Coverage
under the Basic Limited Warranty may be transferred one time during the first 2 years of coverage. The fee for
this transfer is $100.00 payable to Xpress Boats. Coverage under the Limited Lifetime Warranty may be transferred
one time during the Basic Limited Warranty. The fee for this transfer is $300.00 payable to Xpress Boats. Transfer
fees MUST be paid within 30 days of title transfer. An authorized Xpress Dealer will provide forms needed for transfer
of either coverage after the dealer has made the routine maintenance inspection.
