located in the heart of the Jackson Regional Trade Zone.
Jackson, Michigan is approximately 30 miles west of Ann Arbor
(University of Michigan) and Detroit’s western suburbs.
The property has easy access to Interstate 94 via two full interchanges
(North West Avenue/US 127/MI 50 and MI 60).
The subject is positioned at the northeast quadrant of W. Argyle
Street and N. Wisner Street – a signalized intersection. There are five
points of ingress/egress.
The center features 110,070 square feet and is 100% occupied. Long
term tenants include Kroger, Big Lots, Family Dollar and New Country
China Buffet. Fifth Third Bank is a shadow anchor.
Kroger has been at the center since 1995 and is experiencing excellent
sales volumes. Kroger brought a fuel center to the property in 2005.
Merchants Crossing is directly south of Jackson Crossing, a 656,568
