set the tone for your Hawk’s Landing wedding. Breathtaking photo opportunities are everywhere, with our
cascading fountain serene waterfall, lush pines and blooming gardens.

At Hawk's Landing, you'll capture the most personal and unique photos, for memories that last a lifetime.
Indoor Or Outdoor Ceremonies
Take your vows on the first tee, or before the fireplace in the Fairway Room. Our three-season, enclosable
patio with seating for 130 is an ideal choice during cooler months, or as a ‘Plan B’ in case of inclement weather.

The Bella Vista Room
Vaulted ceilings, natural pine décor, with two
adjacent patios and seating for up to 200 guests.

The Fairway Room
Intimate space with seating for up to 50.
Opens to its own stone patio. Adjacent to
the Bella Vista room, it can accommodate
your buffet or bar. It is also perfect as a
spacious, relaxing bridal suite.
Both rooms boast spectacular views of
the golf course, plus large screen TVs for
video presentations.

Versatile Seating Plans
The Bella Vista offers a very flexible
seating plan. The only fixed area is the
dance floor. Our event coordinators will
assist you in arranging your head table, DJ,
guests’ tables, and gift and cake tables.

Helpful Hawk’s Landing Hints.
We do allow real wax candles indoors, as long
as they are contained in glass hurricanes or
other containers.
We do not allow confetti of any kind, indoors
or outdoors. Please check with your event
coordinator regarding any decorations.
You will have a personal maitre d’ to attend
to you and your bridal party, as well as an
assistant who will give personal attention to
the parents’ tables. Your maitre d’ will also
orchestrate all wedding day details with your
DJ and photographers. He or she will also be
working with you to ensure that everything runs
smoothly and on time, so dinner is not delayed.
Five days before your wedding: plan to make
an appointment for this day to bring in your
final count with full payment and guest list,
seating arrangement and menu selection
breakdown. Two days prior to your wedding:
we ask that you bring in your toasting glasses,
favors, napkins, cake knife, escort cards and
envelope container for the gift table.
We do not allow outside caterers.

Take exit 32 (Queen St). Go right at the end of ramp.
Go 3/10 mile and take a left onto Laning St. See ‘From Laning St.’ below.
From Laning Street
Go to the top of the hill. Road will bend sharply to the right. Take the very next left, which is still Laning St. Go to the
stop sign and take a left onto Flanders Rd. (Be careful here—cars from the right do not have a stop sign.) Proceed
about 1/2 mile and take a left onto Pattonwood Dr. Hawk’s Landing Country Club is up about 4/10 mile on the right.
