7. Heating
The heating is central, based on aluminum radiators and a gas boiler oil.
Following current regulations, the ambient temperature must not exceed 21 °
C during the winter (14th overnight). There is a central thermostat adjusted to
the rules. Thermostats homes only serve to show the room temperature. In
the event that hosted note that the ambient temperature is high it is
recommended to close a radiator.
Hot water
The hot water supply is performed, depending on the houses, by means of
electrical heaters, gas or oil boiler.
Although in principle it is considered that the capacity is sufficient, it may be
that, if prolonged shower or bath is used, the flow of hot water runs out until
the thermal response reheat the water.
Therefore hosted comfort as to rationalize energy consumption advise having
moderation in the consumption of hot water.

There is a washing machine in the room and auxiliary tools. If you need any of
these services call the telephone number.
In the area, especially in summer, flies are very sociable and if windows are
left open during the day, come all to say hello. Therefore it has to be careful
not to leave or open with the lights on in the room windows.
The water coming out of the taps comes from a spring, it is perfectly safe and
tested in a pharmaceutical laboratory. In case of failure or emergency, the
water valves are in the auxiliary room (right wall).
The shutters have a safety mechanism in the closure itself so that when in
horizontal position can not be opened. It is important to ensure once the
shutters open with hooks that are in the outer wall.
EMERGENCY PLAN
Three sequential actions to begin addressing the injured:
To protect:
Before acting, you have to make an assessment of the environment for
potential risks that may affect the person who needs our help and ourselves.

Take appropriate measures to avoid additional risks (open the windows, turn
off the water and heating, etc.)
In case of accident, the crash signal.
If applicable, disconnect the electricity before attending a "hooked" to the
average person.
Warn:
The system of urgent medical assistance or rescue chain in the area or general
must be activated by ambulance, fire, telephone emergency medical, police,
etc. Dialing 112 are all covered services. It is important to report the exact
location of the accident and report the number of people affected and the type
of injury or presenting symptoms.
