Who Are We?
Huskie Branch FAQ’s
Like all credit unions, Henrico FCU is a member-owned
financial cooperative. Since 1967 we have grown to serve
28,000 members and pride ourselves in being the first
community chartered credit union in Greater Richmond.
We have four Henrico County school branches. They include
Deep Run High School, Hermitage High School, Henrico
High School and now, Holman Middle School!
Where is the branch located?
We believe it is our responsibility and desire to
support the community through great service and
education. The Huskie Branch does just that! Henrico
FCU and Holman Middle School have teamed up to
deliver a number of fun financial activities to
incorporate into the curriculum throughout the
school year. The Huskie Branch serves as an
extension to the financial
education program at
Holman Middle School and
provides hands on learning
experience for the students.
It will operate as a savings
branch where students can
deposit money into their
accounts during the school day.
The branch is located behind the main office in the
community room.
When is the branch open?
The branch will be open on Wednesdays & Fridays
during Huskie Study for deposits.
What can I do in the branch?
The Huskie Branch is a savings branch.You can make
deposits and apply for accounts.
How do I open an account?
Students will need a student ID number, a $5 deposit and
a parent/guardian to sign as an account owner.You can
open an account at any Henrico FCU branch or at school
during Huskie Study and other major school events
when advertised.
How are accounts monitored?
Students and parents can monitor their Henrico FCU
accounts through regular paper statements or by using
Henrico FCU’s free online banking located at
www.HenricoFCU.org.
