The North Tower features slip-resistant bathroom floors to reduce that number. 5 The entire Gwinnett Braves roster, plus 112 of their biggest fans, could fit into one of our 285-square-foot patient rooms in the North Tower. 4 The width of the fourth floor, including the North Tower, South Tower and connecting bridge, is wider than the Sears Tower in Chicago. 3 The North Tower adds 172,000 square feet to GMC facilities. That’s more than 3 football fields! 2 The oversized elevators in the North Tower are large enough to hold 28,102,267 pieces of candy. 1 The 155 rooms in the North Tower will be open to serve our community starting September 30, 2009! gwinnettmedicalcenter.org
