“Human”, produced and co-written by Toby,
turns out to be the title track of the album.

Nominated song “Big Girls Don’t Cry”,
the fourth and biggest single of her triple
platinum solo debut album “The Dutchess.”
Holding the #1 position in the U.S. radio chart for a total of twenty one
consecutive weeks, “Big Girls” twice broke the record for “Most weekly
radio spins in America” tracked by sound scan (over 10,000 spins in one
week), replacing “Hips Don’t Lie” as the most successful radio hit single
ever. “Big Girls” turns into a worldwide hit, reaching #1 in Canada, Brazil,
Denmark, New Zealand, Australia, Austria, Ireland, ... “Big Girls” has
been released worldwide on over 78 Greatest Hits Compilation Albums
such as the chart topping NOW 26. Fergie performed the song live on

actress/singer won the NAACP award for
“Best Actress In a Leading Role” for her movie

“So Uncool” on Atlantic Records. Toby also
produced the song “True To Your Heart” with Keke on DisneyMania5,
