1. Keep product frozen at 0°F to
-10°F until ready to use.
2. Line sheet pan with parchment
paper and spray with pan release.
3. Place dough balls 6” apart on pan.
4. Place on a covered rack and store
in cooler for 24 - 72 hours. Dough
must be completely covered to
prevent drying.
5. Remove dough from cooler
and allow it to reach room
temperature and double in size
(60 - 90 minutes).
6. To stretch dough, place dough
over fists and gently stretch
outward.
7. Turn dough one-quarter turn and
repeat until dough is desired size.
8. Dough can also be stretched with
a rolling pin or pizza press.
9. Dock dough all over to prevent
blistering when baking.
10. Place stretched dough onto a
pizza pan or screen, sprayed with
pan release.
11. Add sauce, cheese and additional
toppings.
12.Bake according to dough and
oven type (see chart on other
side).
13.Remove pizza from oven, and
let sit at room temperature for
3 – 5 minutes before slicing and
serving.
