All you need to do is arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. • Personnel who do not have computer access can call (310) 653-5114 to schedule an appointment. Schedule Your Next CAC/ID Appointment Online! • The appointment link is available under Applications on the Inside SMC homepage and at LAAFBForceSupport.com. • Once you schedule an appointment, you will receive a confirmation number via e-mail. You can cancel your appointment using your confirmation number and the same link. Walk-Ins Only, Mondays & Fridays, 1200 - 1500 • Personnel from Los Angeles AFB will be able to come in at any time during duty hours for CAC emergencies only (i.e. CAC locked, lost or damaged CAC). • All walk-in customers are assisted on a first come, first serve basis. Wait times for walk-ins can be up to 2 - 3 hours.
