METROPOLIS AT METROTOWN
The Metrotower Office Complex is directly connected to British
Columbia’s largest shopping centre, Metropolis at Metrotown,

1.7 million square feet there are more than 30 quick and full
service restaurants at Metropolis at Metrotown including

SECURITY
Peace of mind is built into the Metrotower Office Complex with
on-site security guards and camera systems operating 24 hours
per day 7 days per week. On-site security personnel patrol
parking areas and are available upon request to provide
escorts to vehicles, offering peace of mind to those working late.
Perimeter doors are secured by mag locks and after hours entry
is controlled via card readers. An entry phone system at the
main entrance allows tenants to release the doors as well as the
elevator to their floor for evening or weekend access.
ON-SITE MANAGEMENT
Ivanhoe Cambridge’s on-site management team is always
available to respond quickly to inquiries and requests.

LOCATION
Located at the geographic center of the lower mainland at
the axis of what is commonly referred to as “Metrotown”, the
Metrotower Office Complex features convenient accessibility
from downtown Vancouver and all surrounding communities.
Its main entry off of Central Boulevard is connected to many
major thoroughfares including Willingdon, Kingsway, McKay,
Nelson, Imperial and Patterson. The central location of the
Towers also provides close proximity to Highway 1, Boundary
Road and Marine Drive allowing easy access to the North
Shore, Delta, Richmond and Surrey.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Public transportation is unparalleled at Metrotower Office
Complex, with direct access to an on-site 24 hour bus loop and
a direct covered walkway that links the Metrotower Office Complex
and Metropolis Mall to the Metrotown SkyTrain Station. This
SkyTrain link provides connectivity with Downtown Vancouver,
Surrey, New Westminster, Richmond, YVR Vancouver International
Airport and all suburban communities.
For those who prefer alternative modes of transportation,
extensive bicycle and footpaths lead to and from the Metrotower
Office Complex. Free bicycle lock-up, shower, change room
and locker facilities are provided on-site.
PARKING
Commuters who arrive by car will find extensive “office only”
parking available. The 7 level parkade provides secured, gated
access to 900 parking stalls for the exclusive use of the office
tenants. The parkade provides the option for random or reserved
tenant parking and to encourage shared commuting and
sustainability reduced rate carpool is also available as part of
the amenities package offered at Metrotower Office Complex.
Free visitor parking is available in the shopping centre parkade,
with direct elevator access to the Metrotower Office Complex.

Metrotower Office Complex and Metropolis at Metrotown strive to

FITNESS CENTRE
On-site at the Metrotower Office Complex is a
full-service “tenant only” Fitness Centre available for use at a nominal
fee of $15 per month. The fitness centre is operated by Ivanhoe
Cambridge providing all of the benefits without any hassles. Among the
fitness centre’s many offerings are strength and cardio machines, free
weights and group fitness classes such as aerobics, pilates, yoga and
dance. The Fitness Centre also provides full showers, changing rooms
and day lockers.
MEETING ROOM FACILITIES
A fully equipped 1,500 square foot
meeting room space is available for small to large format meetings
accommodating up to 50 people.
