NEWSLETTER
Next week the newsletter will be sent home on Monday.
JUNIOR SCHOOL ATHLETICS
Due to the rain, the junior school athletics has been postponed to Thursday morning, 11th
December, we hope to see you all there.
INTERSCHOOL ATHLETICS
On Monday 1st December the Year 5 and 6 Athletics Team went to the Inter-School
competition at the Millennium Stadium in Albany. We did extremely well in the field and
track events and came 2nd overall in the large schools competition.
Unfortunately the rain ended the day early. Thanks to the parent helpers who provided
transport and assisted on various events with measuring, and to the children who were
well-behaved and supportive of each other. Mrs Bassick.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The Board are holding their monthly meeting tomorrow Wednesday at 6.00pm in the
staffroom. Everyone is welcome to attend.
ENROLMENTS
We are now taking enrolments for 2015. Please collect an enrolment pack from the office,
complete the form and return it as soon as possible. This will help us plan classes for next
year. Stanmore Bay School does not have an enrolment policy.
LIBRARY AND READING BOOKS
Unfortunately after the stocktake over 60 books were missing that had not been
processed. Please return the books to the office, your child's teacher or the library. There
is an amnesty so no questions asked. We would be grateful for any returned books.
