The technological principle
Air diffusers rapidly and evenly mix the temperature and humidity of the air supplied by
the air-conditioning system with those of the
environment in order to guarantee the utmost comfort.
All air distribution systems work according to
the physical principle of induction. In traditional systems, the delivery air is transferred
through ducts to the openings or diffusers
which are characterized by a limited induction gradient: the supplied air is slowly
mixed with the air of the surrounding environment, generating annoying draughts or
hot air stratifications.
Eurojet ducts feature instead a high-induction perforated system able to promptly
mix the room air with the delivery air, ensuring top comfort.

in-depth knowledge of the field guaranteeing the best result at the lowest cost.
PERFORMANCE
The quality of an air diffuser is defined by
its induction ratio: the higher the ration, the
better the type of diffuser.
Optimal traditional systems feature a 1:6
induction ratio, i.e. one litre of supplied air
mixed with 6 litres of room air. Eurojet ducts
enable to obtain induction ratios ranging
from 1:10 up to 1:30: the delivery air flows
out of the holes 3 to 7 times faster than traditional diffusers, generating right outside the
duct strong micro vortexes which are the
base of high induction.
Standard operation conditions apply to installations from 3 to 7 metres, with lengths of
10 metres on each side, and delivery temperatures ranging from +15 to -11 °C versus
room temperature. Enhanced performances are applicable for installation heights
exceeding 20 metres, 20 metres lengths
on each side and temperatures 15/16 °C
lower than room temperature, with direct
expansion units and 40°C higher than
environment temperature, with hot air
generators heating systems.
3 | Air-conditioning systems
They can be installed in cold rooms at -20°C
and used in technological processes such
as dryers with temperatures exceeding
150°C. Eurosystem’s Technical Department
is always available to provide solutions also
for special and more complex designs.
INDUCTIONS
An air jet supplied by a nozzle at high speed creates a depression all around which
triggers and transfers room air particles, previously static, entering in direct contact with
the same and resulting in a rapid air mixture.

range from industrial premises, malls, swimming pools, gyms, hangars, cold rooms of
any size, up to prestigious installations such
as small and refined stores, banks, offices,
meeting rooms, modern, trendy and classic
clubs.
High-induction ducts are manufactured in
shapes, dimensions and materials defined
during the planning stage: there are no standard components, but only custom-made
systems fully satisfying the customer’s needs.

Materials
TEXTILE DUCTS
Ducts manufactured in fabrics are available with various types of grammage, from
heavy and sturdy polyester smeared in PVC
(grammage 400÷650 g/m2) (Performance
line) to lightweight synthetic silk-like fabrics
(Elegance Line).
Fabrics comply with fire reaction classes 0,1
and 2.
METAL DUCTS
Ducts manufactured with various materials
and finishing are available so as to blend in
with the most diversified environments and
for applications requiring specific aesthetical quality and not very extreme performances.
For environments up to 15 metres
tall and lengths of 20 metres
on each side.

mers by assisting them in choosing and managing the entire system.
AN ANSWER FOR ALL NEEDS
EUROSYSTEM provides additional services
such as:
• Variable flow de-stratification systems,
dimensioned according to the environment, made by ventilation units equipped with inverters and PLCs programmed
for maximum saving in terms of energy
and management;
• Fixed and mobile environmental compartments by means of reinforced or
plain sheets, fixed or mounted on sliding
rails;
• Air barriers for industrial doors or climatic
separations of internal departments;
• Adiabatic cooling systems. Though Italy’s
climate does not feature an ideal climate for this type technology, excellent
desuperheating results have been achieved in particularly uncomfortable environments, such as vulcanization divisions,
printing of plastic materials, foundries,
glassworks and other environments featuring high endogenous temperatures
with no increase of the humidity ratio.
• Prefabricated heating plants or preset air
treatment units. In collaboration with our
partner Termogamma, we supply and
install heating plants with components
of any given brand, prefabricated and
transportable, complete with all accessories and certifications provided by law.
Preset air treatment units are also available, complete with thermalregulations
and control switchboards specifically
designed to optimize EUROJET ducts
operations.
