and easy for you.
Our staff of experienced auction professionals are ready to answer any questions you have regarding the auction
process or property specific details. On auction day, our staff will be in attendance to assist you with bidding and
any last minute questions. After the auction, our professionals will follow up with you, the closing attorney or title
company and the seller to ensure the closings occur in a timely manner.
This is an incredible opportunity to purchase real estate. All of these properties with the exception of the fourteen
noted in this brochure are being sold at absolute auction. As a buyer, “absolute” means there is no minimum
price, no reserve price, no starting bids…every property so designated is being sold, regardless of price. After the
auction these properties will have a new owner. The owners have said, “All of these properties must be sold and off
the books by mid December.” We encourage you to attend and take advantage of this golden opportunity.

Is this auction open to the public?
YES! This is a public auction and anyone may attend. Feel free to bring along a friend, too.
What is the starting bid?
Bidding will start where you the “buyers” start. The owners’ only interest is in the final bid and as noted all,
but fourteen of the properties are selling at absolute auction where the properties sell regardless of price.
How do I register for the auction?
You may register immediately preceding the sale.
Do you offer online bidding?
YES! Online bidding will be available and will occur in real time. If you plan to bid online, visit
johndixon.com, click on upcoming auctions, find the auction you are looking for and register for online
bidding. On auction day, simply log in and participate along with the live auction.
What do I need to bring on auction day?
On auction day, the high bidder will execute a contract and make a deposit as outlined in the terms and
conditions. The down payment may be made in the form of certified funds, cash or personal/business
check.
